Zack's Pizza & Bbq — Restaurant in Florida

Update (9/18/2025): I am not going to change my previous review because I want everyone to read it and SEE how Zacks Pizza MADE it RIGHT!!. I was surprised at work today with a delivery of 2 big pizzas and 2 orders of wings. When the delivery girl came to the office, I said I think you have the wrong office. She looked at her phone and asked for Michelle? I’m like, yes that is me, then she said my last name, and I said yes. I knew I did not order any pizza but then I asked the girls at the office to read the box. The pizza was from Zacks pizzeria. I was surprised. I have to say the pizza looked good 🙂. The presentation of the Sicilian pizza was beautiful 🙂. The flavor was good; it was not great but good. We enjoyed it today, and the wings were good as well 🙂. They replaced the whole order that I had previously purchased. I have to say, I gave them an A+ for customer satisfaction. WELL, DONE! 👍👏👏👏👏 I also updated their STAR review. Clapping hands (9/16/2025): I ordered Sicilian pizza, and it was the worst pizza I tasted in Florida. I wanted to try their pizza because the one in the mall was a little expensive. I was hoping for a good Sicilian pizza. Omg, what I got was a soggy pizza, and it looked like flat pizza. I also ordered mango habanero wings; it was so spicy hot that I couldn't even finish one. I'm very disappointed ☹. If I'm buying a Sicilian pizza, and I can't go to Sarasota or Orlando, I will go to Sebring Mall. mango habanero wings I'll stick with dominos... 😔. AND they are expensive as well. I will never...

Used to be our favorite pizza. Tonight not so much. Served us a burnt hockey puck style pizza (but it wasn’t as bad as the people next to us who received a burnt to a crisp black calzone- poor ppl tried to eat what they could) and when we told them it was bad still charged us full price. I ate one piece. They did offer to make another, but it was already after 7PM and didn’t want to wait another half hour. So they said sorry and charged us full price. So I’m looking for another pizza place in Sebring. Anyone have suggestions? So you can tell by their response they could care less about the terrible pizza they served that night. Instead they try to berate me (even after I said it used to be my favorite place) and then talked about being blessed or blessing others. But they refused to bless me, only berate me. Not very humble ppl! They don’t understand that most do reviews only when they are unhappy so it’s obvious that most reviews are negative. And by the way they were 100% negative in their reply. Also notice that every other company says sorry for the bad service and will try to make it right. I recently changed a 1star review to 4 stars bc the company was so accommodating. This one would be lowered to zero if I could. They are arrogant. So can anyone share another place were they treat ppl with respect...

We have been weekly customers of Vincents New York Style Pizza for years. When calling it was a pleasure to speak to the husband and wife team that cared about their customers! They knew us when we called, joked about how hard it was to run the business, keep the drivers who "made all the money" and even asked about our family. They were truly the sweetest people. When they retired and were bought out by Zach making it "Zach's NY Style Pizza we were assured by Zach that the quality of service and food would stay the same. We ordered and Zach actually delivered our pizza and zeppolis and again assured us that everything was going to stay the same. Tonight we called and where told that the delivery charges have gone up from $3 to $7 no matter how close you live. Zach got on the phone and basically did not care that we had been loyal customets for years, told us it would be an hour and a half before someone could deliver for $7 and clearly was uninterested that we were loyal customers or about us no longer willing to be customers. Best of luck staying in business when you speak to your customers so rudely! Looking for a new pizza restaurant that cares about their customers!! Very...
