I had been running errands all day and ran out of time to eat before most restaurants close in the area. I love pizza and had the idea to place a take out order before they close at 11p. It was after 10p and I was somewhat apprehensive about the service/quality I’d get picking up an order just prior to close.
I was so impressed when Even, the Manager, greeted me with a genuine and warm welcome. He didn’t appear frustrated that a customer was arriving so close to closing. Also, my husband ordered the pizza wrong and I was so disappointed because I only like thin-n-crispy. Evan kindly offered to make it right in spite of the fact that it was now 10 minutes ‘til close!
Hopefully, the owner of this place appreciates Evan and takes good care of him. We own multiple businesses and from experience can recognize a jewel of a Team Member!

Read moreCmon guys, you have the laziest cutters in the world. Tell them to press that pizza cutter down and actualy cut the pizza into slices. We have 6 kids making a mess here trying to tear these pizza slices apart, your ingredients are all over the floor and my shirt, not to mention that everyone is mad the someone else touched (and butchered) their slice of pizza... what was supposed to be a quick and convenient way to take care of a couple of kids in the middle of the event had turned into a major mess... all it takes is actualy pressing on that pizza cutter while you're cutting with it. I mean someone is getting paid to do it you might as well ask them to press harder on it. Or order some 25lb pizza cutters that weigh so much it's guaranteed to aviary cut and divide pizza into slices... or hire a heavier pizza cutter guy. Or get a cheap pizza cutter and throw it in so we can cut them ourselves; and you can charge extra. Lazy pizza dudes... the pizza tasted...
Read moreWill never eat at this location again. Watched an employee walk in from what i assume was a delivery since he had a empty red delivery bag in hand. Watched the employee start opening a few of the waiting to be picked up boxes then eat out of one of them. He then went to the back of the store and i saw him eat out of another box. Told the staff who got a manager. She informed me that those were voided orders. I asked why they are with all the rest of the food waiting to be picked up. I got a papa John's survey after I left. Pretty much typed the same thing I have here. I got a response from the manger very quickly asking them to give em another try, this isn't acceptable etc. Appreciate the email after I did a corporate survey that I am sure went to someone higher up. Just felt the store could have done more. I am sure employees eat food as it's prepped. I am not oblivious, but to eat part of someone's order right in front me...
