Wendy's — Restaurant in Flowood

As usual fast, reliable, and tasty option for food on the go. The Flowood location used to be so courteous, but go during lunch time and it's a whole different story! Be prepared to be met with a bit of disgust with making your food choice at the drive-up if you're undecided because they are out of food products. The cashiers taking the payment are always kind and courteous, but at the food recieving window be prepared for an in-your-face-get-out-of-the-line experience! Food will be nearly flung at you, hardly any human interaction when receiving your order, prepare for a sopping wet drink cup that has even more drink contents on the top to spill in your lap, and brace yourself for no eye contact or acknowledgement from serving staff beyond the required "Have a nice day". I understand that there is pressure to get orders in and out since they closed the other dogwood location, but this does not excuse basic kindness in customer service to Wendy's paying patrons...no...

We had a terrible experience at this location. We were ordering in the drive thru and not ordering fast enough for the lady taking our order. We had 5 people to order for and after we would tell her each order she would tell us to hurry/come on, rushing us. We asked why she was getting an attitude while we were trying to order and she said I’m not getting an attitude all while someone else chimed in at the same time saying “we trying to move the line along” These employees had terrible customer service skills. We chose to leave without getting our food and will not be back to this location. We pulled to the second window to let them know the way they were speaking to us wasn’t right at all and the manager was saying something in which we couldn’t hear but also waving his hand telling us to leave. We are business owners and this is NOT how you run a business effectively. I truly hope someone higher up will take care of the attitudes and terrible customer service at...

Just purchased around 2PM today 8/02/24 3 meals and asked the clerk handing me the food if everything was there and if the fry’s were good because the last time I got them they were just bits and pieces and some were burnt. She said everything was good and I thanked her for checking. Well when I pulled away from the window I grabbed some fry’s and they were cold and with no salt. I hate cold fries, just can’t eat.

My last couple of orders have not been good. Even the burger sandwich was squished today. I normally love Wendy’s and used to go there almost every day at the Canton location. It was always hot and fresh. Not sure what happened at this location in Flowood but it used to be really good and great customer service. I would rather wait 5 or 10 minutes for fresh food. Obviously at 2pm there not busy but they must be preparing the food ahead of time and it’s just sitting there. Hopefully they will fix this issue so they don’t completely lose...
