They are horrible at treating people. There was incident that occurred 7/11 where a female employee YELLED at my father that was trying to get donuts for his grandchildren. When confronted about their disgusting behavior, it was as if it never happened. OF COURSE!!! I made my presence known that it won’t be tolerated. The lady even SMIRKED at me while discussing the issue. One employee used the “excuse” of it being rush time. THATS NO EXCUSE. There were other witnesses as well (small town!!) I work with the public, and I understand how to handle the elderly. Apparently, they don’t. Nobody wants to see their family member get yelled at, especially a child watching her grandfather get treated poorly. I do NOT recommend going there. I suggest going somewhere where the staff is trained on customer service. My family, friends, and coworkers will NOT be going there. Read moreFantastic donuts and kolaches. The folks running the place are so nice and the food is fresh and fantastic. We stopped in for a quick bathroom break at the service station next door. I went in Donut Palace for a peek and saw fresh kolaches and I had to have one. 4 different kolache options to choose from. I didn’t know it at the time, but when I checked my sack they had thrown in a few donut holes for the kids at no charge.
