Good food. TERRIBLE customer service. Young guy Accused my SIL and I of yelling at him over the phone but we were only speaking louder since he claimed he couldn't hear. My SIL got frustrated with having to repeat the order and handed me the phone for me to repeat the order yet once again. Dude had an attitude, was argumentative and try to pass blame when I brought up the issue. Paid for my order for my order and he offered no "Thanks" or "Come again". Since he didn't have to common courtesy to do so, I said "You're Welcome" and he gave me dismissive "yep". Management needs to coach him on etiquette in a business. I ordered spicy crab roll, cheese wontons and a cucumber and crabmeat salad. This (see pic) is not a cucumber and crabmeat salad. All this extra crunchy filler and absolutely no flavor. Where's the ponzu sauce? What is all this stuff in my cucumber and crab meat salad? Grrrr...Wontons were good, but I'd like to see at least a few crab flakes. Sushi roll was tasteless. Tiny little hibachi fusion type place. Teriyaki bento box is the best deal for people that like a little variety. Teriyaki chicken, or steak, spring roll, fried rice, and four pieces of either California roll or Philly roll. Sushi menu is not massive but everything is hand rolled and so far nothing has been bad.
