Zheng Garden — Restaurant in Forest

I'm not gone say this is a bad Chinese restaurant..because it's not...it used to be better....now it has its days...some days you go...its good just like you ordered it...then other days it's a mess...yesterday evening I ordered Chicken broccoli and white rice...2 egg rolls....got home which was 20 minutes away...and no rice....so I drove back to Forest to get my rice...and for my time...2 more egg rolls...get back in the car....egg rolls were not egg rolls...nor spring rolls...good and crispy on outside but hard and nothing but I guess a little cabbage or something on the inside....started to go back in..but by this time I'm exhausted 😩 so I go home...gets home start eating my chicken broccoli and rice...and had ate alot of it and found a shrimp shell...mind you I'm allergic...stop eating....started to feel sick...lips swelling throat slightly closing up....so I go take benadryl and reversed the effect...Thank God...I've eaten here for many years...but they've went up on prices and went down on quality...and don't even mention the buffet....you have to just wait on food...especially wings....and this establishment is not customer service friendly....I'm not sure if it's because of the language barrier or what....but if you gone raise prices...raise quality as well...and when your customer is not satisfied honor that cause just like you're trying to make money....I'm not just trying to give mine away for just any old thing you throw together in your kitchen‼️💯...."GOT TO...

Me n My friend girl n my guy friend stop through to eat there. Very bad experience will not b back . The food was cold! N service was very bad...Wasn't able to eat hardly anything sostried tried to get a salad n the lettuce was as big as a cabbage... asked for a refund the young guy stated no. N I said at least refund me something he again to say no . I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager but very young looked about 19 says his name was leo. I never found out if he was the manager or not . My mouth got so out of control he threatened to call the police so we.all stepped outside for them to come never showed up. He was jus lying. Went back in n said now I once again need a refund he continued to say no. So we left . Won't be back y'all please don't go there bc if something is wrong they will not refund u your money back . A loss! Cold food bad service. N no real...

Do NOT stop here! Worst Asian restaurant I’ve ever been in. So many flies, the sushi is covered with plastic wrap. What I tried to eat was either over cooked and smoosh or cold and hard from sitting out too long. Most of what people ate was dessert that was prepackaged like the pudding and cookies I ended up with. Even the fruit was dried out from being out too long. When there are Do Not Waste signs up all over the place, something is wrong. If the food tastes good, people don’t waste it. The soda machine is set to put too much carbonated water in the drinks too. I felt cheated since they make you pay at the door before you even go in. If not, we would’ve left as soon as we took a look around but we tried to give it a chance. We should’ve walked out even without the money back, and headed to...
