You Got Pork'D — Restaurant in Forks Township

I was so excited to find a place with Brisket, but was instantly disappointed. I ordered the meat platter with Brisket, beans and slaw. Instead of getting tender juicy Brisket slices like advertised, I received this absolutely horrible dry pulled meat slathered in sweet BBQ sauce. If this is what they are trying to pass off as Brisket, they are not only false advertising with their product images, but apparently have no concept of Brisket. It was basically inedible. The beans were dry and had no sauce or moisture like the images showed. For 25$ it's an absolute joke and insane they even attempt to charge that ridiculous price. The pulled pork was at least tasteful, juicy and tender. The mac & cheese had almost no sauce, unlike the product image, but was cold and tasted like chemicals. This place and food was a total disgrace. I will never eat at this restaurant again or any of its chains if it has any. Honestly, the way the mac and cheese tasted, they should be reported to the FDA, as there is no way any food should ever...

Wow! This is some of the best bbq I’ve ever eaten! The brisket and pulled chicken were flavorful and delicious without the sauce, but I also enjoyed their bbq sauce and especially loved the white sauce with the chicken. Mac and cheese and pickle slaw were so good too. I ate from their food truck at Forks Township’s Truck and Trivia event. It was their largest trivia event of the year, so understandably business was booming at the only truck there, but the staff could have done better about communicating their challenges to patrons in line. (For example, they would close the window without saying anything for 20-30 minutes at a stretch. I understand you want to catch up on putting out orders, but maybe just say something or bring an extra staff member in the future. Most trucks I’ve purchased from at this event have 3-4 staff, but it looked like there were only 2 in this truck that night.) That being said, the food was so tasty and reasonably priced, I’d stand in line...

Food was good. Prices are pretty steep though. No bread or extra sauce is offered which would be nice for the price. Service was very frustrating because I had to go inside and ask a bartender to help me after I waited outside after I ordered for over 20 mins.

Edit: I was parked literally in front of the door. I ordered my food in my car, and waited. No one even peaked their head out to look. When I told them that I was waiting for over 20 minutes they tried to say that I checked in too fast. I checked in "too fast" because I ordered from the parking lot and checked in right after I ordered. And no where in the ordering process do you offer extra sauce. It's sad that you can't just admit a mistake and instead you double down on blaming...
