Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Fort Collins

You know... I’ve been coming here since they opened up. I live across the street and have stopped here literally every day since. I buy myself coffee and my friends and family, I talk this place up in my own work.

Today may have lost my business. Besides the fact that my drink that I get EVERY time, the fireside? Tastes gross. Never had before. It’s nasty today.

Then the lady asks me if I need help even though I already ordered them that same girl got rude. Every single time they ask would you like a chocolate covered espresso bean? Not her.

She didn’t even hand ME my coffee. She put it instead of in my outreached hand in the counter and walked away. No thank you. Nothing said. So I grab my drink and ASK can I get my espresso bean please? And she goes, “oh, do you want one?” Like I don’t just ask.

Mind you I was the only one in line standing outside while the drive through was busy. They clearly just didn’t plan on addressing my order as they had everyone else’s. I’ll be bringing my coffee back for the first time. What a waste of time, I’ve been here half an hour! For coffee! With no one in front of me! I’m highly annoyed! I literally buy coffee almost every gosh darn day from here!

And the lady who claimed to be acting manager at the time clearly did not care and was not only making excuses for the girl, she lied blatantly to my face saying she was in back getting yelled at when I could literally see her behind her standing gawking. And she seemed to be more annoyed that I expected the great service I’m used to going here so frequently.

Mind you I don’t like to use my free coffee cards. So as long as I’ve been. going here I’ve literally been paying saving the free coffee cards. This is how they do loyal people? Let’s not forget to mention I was the only black man in line. So either it was a bad attitude or... let’s hope it’s not the second... but you cannot speak for other people. All I know is I’ve never been treated poorly like that shopping here and...

I have been familiar with ZIGGI’S through their Longmont locations. I really like this coffee shop they add another alternative to the national chains, and compete very well having great unique coffee, tea, and other refreshments. I really like that you can get a little more than just a drink, highly recommend trying the Rustic Donuts, Burritos, and other additions they offer.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a drive thru location near my residence, so convenient. The new personnel is courteous and personable. Happy to make ZIGGI’S a part of my first stop before I commute all the way to Boulder, or my first stop to my weekend road trips. A great way to start your day.

Highly recommend you give ZIGGI’S a try If you like Chai try a Spicy unsweetened blended Bhakti, I like the Colorado Coconut Mocha aka Almond Joy, or just a Americano. They have all the classics...

The redbull infusions are very good but any time I try one of their coffee drinks I’m disappointed. It feels like they’re charging Starbucks prices for things that aren’t really comparable/as good. The employees are super friendly and I don’t have any complaints about service except they switched to a mobile form of rewards and wouldn’t honor a completely full punch card I had and should’ve been able to redeem a free drink for, which kind of sucks. Spent over $15 for two drinks that I wasn’t super impressed with. Edit: Not super impressed is an understatement, coffee went in the trash and I’d like a refund because I really shouldn’t have had to pay for it anyways because I had earned a free drink, whether they changed their rewards system or not. I’ll get Starbucks next time for the same price and...
