Milkhouse Ice Cream and Coffee Cafe — Restaurant in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

There is a lot of options when it comes to ice cream and the Milk house offers a lot of them. Recently we stopped in for there Taco Tuesday ( ice cream Tacos in a waffle cone shell). We ordered and they were ready in just a few minutes and they looked fabulous and delectable !! They were loaded right up with whipped cream and all the chosen toppings. The only issue is : if you love the toppings you're all set , but if you're an ice cream or custard lover these aren't going to be your thing ! We've had these on several different occasions and they are consistently the same , all toppings , and very very little actual ice cream ( maybe 10-20% ice cream). This place is ran by very bad people. The young girls they have working, they groom them until they're "of age", sometimes younger and do things to them. Also ran by some government officials. I know of a few organizations that have had to distance themselves from this place because of that reason. I would never bring my kids around here. They entice you with the good ice cream, but their motives are very questionable. Watch out is all I can say. I wish there would be a thorough investigation done on these sick minded people. They should not belong here, nor anywhere. Do as you will, don't believe me, that's okay. But really look into these people, they are not at all...

Bored on the weekend, wife and I decided to explore the whole area near Port Huron, Marrysville and St. Clair. Not knowing where we are going we drove along the water front till we reached Port Gratiot. I suddenly fancied coffee and being a city folks and if I may say a bit snubbed by city coffee shops, never thought we could find a decent place for coffee. Google map showed this place within 7 min drive and I said what a heck let's go for it. It turned out to be a great place to get good coffee.
