Vinnie's Longbranch — Restaurant in Fort Madison

After sitting at a table last night for over 15 mins (approximately 8:35pm to 8:50pm) and not receiving any service, we decided to leave. As we were getting up to leave, the bartender walked right by us to the table behind us, who appeared to be regulars. She still didn’t even acknowledge us being there. Bar had about 10-15 people there. If you bartender doesn’t wait in tables, then she should mention that to customers sitting down. Seems weird that she was at another table tho. I told a friend from out of town to visit this place because they have really good bands the staff is friendly. Not to mention I've been going there for years. I called approx. 1 hr. To check in and see how he liked it. What's not to love about Vinnies Santa Fe tap? There live music is always always real good, and the people in there are always so friendly. I've never seen a fight in Vinnies, and the owners are very friendly. There are two pool tables so you can usually get on one pretty fast oh, and karaoke on Sundays as a blast as well.
