Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Morgan

Well my wife was on hold for 20 minutes on the phone, someone answered just to put her back on hold and another 10 minutes on hold we decided to use the App. When we went to checkout when the app told us that the order exceeded the stores cash purchase limit and instructed us to pay with our credit card. This has just been inconvenient. I also don’t believe that a business would deny our purchase because we are using cash, but what do I know?

UPDATE: Now I feel like an a-hole. Today we had bad weather and the interstate was shut down. Every hotel in town was booked and a lot of folks were stranded. I drove to dominos to see what was going on. The parking lot and the lobby were packed. I could observe dominos delivery drivers scurry about in a frantic hurry. When I went inside to see how long it was going to be every employee was moving as fast as they could. The phone was ringing off the hook and every customer inside seemed upset and grumbling. All- the-while the employees never stopped pumping out pizzas. Once I did get my food it was hot and fresh and made just the way I had ordered it. Man! These guys were slammed and handled it with...

I placed an order by phone at 7:01pm while driving to the store less than 5 miles away. Arrived and paid for my order, and gave a 20% tip. I ordered a medium hand tossed pepperoni and olive pizza. Decided to sit in the corner and wait for my pizza. I noticed customers coming and going and heard several order up hollers called out but still no order up Scott. At 7:57 I decided to get up and ask about my pizza seeing that the person taking my order on the phone said it would be 15 minutes. I explained to the lady that I had been waiting for almost an hour to which I got a blank stare. Come to find out my pizza was sitting on a rack and was luke warm at best when they handed it to me without even an apology. Have been ordering from them for years and tonight was a disappointment. They are generally punctual and the food is hot and good. Todays pizza had almost no sauce, looked like the toppings were thrown at it from a distance and was cold. Took almost 45 minutes to get here. Places get busy, I understand that, sometimes help is short and possibly untrained. I didn't mind that it took quite awhile to get here and the other problems as much as the fact that the top of the box was smeared with something, probably ranch sauce, not sure. Mind you this didn't get inside on the pizza but it was left to lay just like that and I get to pick up an oooey, gooey box and carry it inside.
