La Michoacana Natural — Restaurant in Fort Myers

Where do I start, I felt like the two employees that was there was so freaking rude, we got there and they was just sitting there watching tv didn’t even speak just look at us like we were crazy.. the only reason why I spent my money there because my sister wanted ice cream . I should’ve just left but stayed and ate our ice cream there then two people walked in and she got up right away “Hola Como Stas” how ever you say it . She said hi to them but couldn’t even say anything to us when we walk in and she spoke English clearly and I felt like they was talking about us because the couple that walked in keep looking at us and we are black. My question is do they serve black people because the vibe I got from them was not welcome at all.. I wish I could refund my money back but I’m not going too. I’m just never going back there .but I will do bad reviews on this place every freaking chance I get😒.. so I really had to give them one star to post? They don’t deserve...

I will never buy ice cream from this establishment again . I have been a customer for years . My daughter’s sandwich wrapper ACCIDENTALLY fell out of my car in the parking spot . An older guy rushes out the store with a broom and dustpan . I opened the door and asked whats going on and I realize the wrapper by my car . I apologized because I don’t litter but I didn’t realize it was the wrapper fell out my vehicle . Well after I apologize , the guy says “ It’s your car!”

Very good place with a wide variety of flavors leaning more to the natural side (from all the ice creams we tried we could not find any of the artificial taste we commonly encounter). The service was really good. I would highly recommend their strawberry with cheese ( I know it sounds weird but once you try it you'll see what I'm talking about). One of the things that impressed us the most was their hours of operation ( opened a little later than the rest). Give them a try and you'll be back for more... I...
