We ate here on Friday and while the food and property were wonderful, our service was a disappointment. We ordered an appetizer while we reviewed the menu and didn’t get to order our food and drinks until our after the appetizer was delivered. The whipped feta dip was delivered without plates - she said she’d bring some out but never came back. It took another 15 minutes for drinks but we didn’t see the server again until our salads came. We literally only had time for two bites before the entrees were delivered and she tried to take our still full salad plates. The table was uncomfortably crowded. Our entrees and sides were cold by the time we finished our salads, and the server made more than one attempt to take food we were still eating - at least 3 times. The filet was unimpressive but the ribeye was a delight. Once we finished our food it took apmost 30 minutes just to request the check, another 20 to receive it, another wait for them to come back to take the payment (we tried giving them card when they brought the check but they didn’t even look at us and disappeared) and again while we waited for her to bring it back. To be fair, it looked like the other servers were on top of it, but our service stunk and I don’t think we will return. Eating there was an extravagant birthday treat that turned into a disappointment. We ordered an appetizer, 3 salads, 3 sides, and 3 steaks, and the steaks and sides were cold by the time we ate them. The food was good, indoor and outside seating and ambience were beautiful, but the service will keep us...

Had a lovely romantic evening at Stonehouse this weekend. We enjoyed the outdoor patio with heated lamps and string lights for a dreamy background to dinner. The signature cocktail was a grapefruit Paloma - and while a decent cocktail, it missed the mark for me on how a Paloma should taste. Too much extra grapefruit and too little zing from the Tequila. I was, however, very pleased with just how many gluten free and vegan options!there were! The butternut bisque was my starter, and while a tad thin - had great flavor, and I enjoyed the pumpkin seeds. My husband ordered the steak with a truffle butter crown. The truffle butter was not overwhelming with the truffle flavor, and he used a butterknife to cut - it was that tender and juicy. I got the seafood risotto (labeled GF) and demolished my plate. The risotto was creamy, good texture, and the shrimp was overall okay if just a tad overcooked (little tough to chew). The brussel sprouts (a la carte) were a shining addition to dinner with almonds(?) and perfectly toasted - more than enough to share portion wise. Dessert was the Creme brulee trio - the original was best, the caramel had a burnt aftertaste, and the pistachio lacked flavor - only the dusting of nuts on top gave it away as pistachio. Service was good, with a friendly and helpful waiter who took great care of us. I would argue the plates are a tad overpriced, however, the atmosphere and overall experience of dining here make it...

My wife and I just went to Stonehouse again today for the first time since 2016. We went for lunch, and I must say that we enjoyed ourselves even more than the last time we went back when it first opened. We got the Spinach Dip for an appetizer, which was outstanding! Very flavorful and rich cheese with beautifully fried pita chips! For entrees, we shared the Steak Bite Frites and the Lobster Ravioli, both of which were very flavorful, memorable, and just generally all-around pleasing too. You can tell that their chefs really care about preparing each element with love, as well as care about things like attention to detail with plating and presentation. My only minor complaints would be that, even though the place wasn’t too busy while we were there, I’m pretty sure that my waitress forgot I had ordered a cocktail, since I had to ask one of the other waitresses where it was after about 10 minutes of waiting (and we had even already received our appetizer by then), plus, I expected the cocktail to be a bit bigger (and have less ice) for what was essentially the price of our appetizer (a $14 drink). That being said, I was still happy enough with my experience overall, the warm, relaxing atmosphere, the rather reasonable prices (honestly, by fine dining standards, even here in Fort Smith), and the quality of the food, to say that I’d happily go back again another time, as well as would recommend Stonehouse to...

First time here, won’t be our last! The ambiance of the place was comfortable, classy, and chic! Definitely a beautiful environment. We had the spinach dip with pita chips for an appetizer, and they were delicious! Both our plates’ presentation was appealing, and it only got better from there. The food was amazing! That was one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. My wife had the salmon which had a delicious citrus glazing and was cooked to perfection. The vegetable sides were crisp and fresh and tasty! My wife had a sweet red that was recommended by staff that was both tasty…and potent!!🍷 I also will recommend the chocolate whiskey crème brûlée that was an excellent finish to an excellent dining experience. All the staff members were professional and engaging. But a special note for our server, Jaelynn(sp?), who was incredibly awesome! Such a sweet young woman with an amazing effervescence of positivity. She did an amazing job and got the food out quick and was very attentive and had an awesome attitude! Overall, great experience!! They are doing an excellent job down there and hope to see them again soon!
