Task Force Pizza Co. — Restaurant in Fort Walton Beach

Let’s be honest, the food here is as nasty as the cashiers attitude. The only pizza we ordered was wrong top to bottom. Then gave complete and utter disrespect. The other two people in the party opted for the buffet so they could enjoy a salad, see attached photo. All of the lettuce was SLIME. The pizza the second time around was still INCORRECT and under cooked and straight dough. This place has gone DOWNHILL. We will not return and will happily share our horrific experience online. ✨ This establishment and workers are disgustingly rude and the establishment is terrible in regards to the atmosphere. Where you literally get mocked because the workers can’t do their jobs correctly. We drove almost 2 hours one way because this place WAS my veteran husbands favorite. Never again. I expect someone of some authority of this place to reach out to me for our refund before I contact my banking establishment and do a charge back on this poor establishment.

I'm constantly passing by here in the mornings, seeing and being tempted by their advertised lunch special of 2 slices and a drink for $5.50!(I think it includes a side salad?[which I declined]) Finally I caught myself in the right place at the right time🙌! In addition to the special, I rounded out my order with a very tasty piece of Banana's Foster cheesecake! They have a dessert display case with various delicious looking cheesecakes and home baked treats. I will say, one thing that I was disappointed by(hence my reason for only 4 stars) was the lack of pizza flavors to choose from.. I mean pepperoni's fiiine and all but damn, when ya look at the menu and see the myriad amazing looking🤤 whole pizzas that they make... The lack of slice option seems unfortunate😕.. But that was my first and only visit(thus far) so that very likely may not even be typical. Will def update my review if I find out otherwise👍.

I am sorry but I cannot recommend Task Force Pizza due to the customer service. My husband and I have had terrible service on two occasions. I love the pizza but I can't even get him to take me there now. On one occasion we sat there for over an hour because the cashier didn't turn in our order and everyone that ordered after us had their food. They finally realized it and we were wondering what was taking so long. On another occasion we sat there for over an hour again waiting for our pizza because the cashier with big fake eyelashes and fake fingernails put our pizza in the take out pizzas. So it sat there. She said she called our name but like we said we never ordered it to go, she had even asked us if we were eating there and we told her yes. After that we just took it home. Now I really enjoy your pizza but like I said my husband will not go back. It seems like the to go orders take presidence over customers eating there.
