El Paraiso Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I just got Taco's today for .99. Tacos were great as usual. However, I placed my order and did not receive what I asked. The lady had trouble with English so I ordered in Spanish. My complaint is that when I called the restaurant I was transferred to the manager a female no name was given. I spoke to her in perfect Spanish. She said to me that I had to bring my tacos back. I asked if I could take a picture and bring my order receipt. She said no! I told her that I was on my lunch break and could not return. Mind you, I had to wait 25 mins for my food. She did not apologize. I was expected to starve in order to fix my order. She was rude and proceeded to create a bigger problem. She told me that there are plenty of other restaurants I could go to. So I replied lady I am the reason you have a job. She then said "oh I have a great job and I will be here for a long time, my job is secure. So then I told her I will let all my Hispanic family and friends about this experience. She said again go somewhere else. I will not return to your restaurant, I will not buy your meats anymore nor will my father, if everyone has tacos why are you all desperate to sell .99 tacos? This is America, learn customer service! This manager will ruin your business! Is this how you treat...

Food was really good. I had steak tacos and beef nachos and everything was great. Their pico degio was awesome. But for a Mexican place I was very disappointed they don't have queso dip and don't have complimentary chips and salsa. Also my waitress was very slow and non attentive I had to get up and go to get my own things after waiting for her. I will not be eating here again no time soon. Today for the first time I ate in at this restaurant and the service was horrible. No one asked us if we needed anything even though they asked the other tables how was their food and etc. Then when we was finished eating the server did not want to give us togo boxes.
