Pizza By Vito's — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I needed pizza admittedly extremely late but I had messed up and ended up being out way later than originally thought. Didn't want to head back out so gf said Vito's is open and figured why not let's continue my personal journey through low star rated places Fort Wayne finding a jem here and there. Ordered an app sampler, a chicken bacon ranch pizza (requested no onions or tomatoes as gf is allergic) and an order of bread sticks was told it would take an hour which I mean sure it's late but I really needed food and everything else to be good like please. When it came the driver was nice and friendly even calling ten minutes before arriving about an hour and ten minutes later so 80 min when quoted 60 not bad at all especially this late awesomeness! However, once I got back inside I realized someone messed up far worse than I had tonight. Our pizza had both of the items she requested be omitted meaning gf is both hungry and pissed and I didn't have an order of bread sticks. She called back as it was almost $50 and even if everything had been there that's pricey. She was told by whoever picked up the phone that he never heard me ask for onions or tomatoes to be omitted nor did hear her order breadsticks but still the bill was nearly $50? True there are three pieces of pizza gone in the picture because I don't care personally about the onions or tomatoes and she was so hungry she stripped one piece of the pizza of toppings and ate that as there were even onions under the cheese and we didn't touch the sampler after we tried everything and said eh and that was what was left. Food was okay but everything but the driver was well let's say more or less sad. Pizza at best was okay, everything else was tasted and left despite being hungry. Made some shakes with ice cream and milk at home and ate those instead. Happy-ish ending but only cause milkshakes, Vito's had no hand in that whatsoever quite the opposite. I was hoping the reviews were off but they were sadly proven...

Worst experience ever yesterday. Ordered a sausage roll over the phone after calling 📞 them 5x and being placed on hold 4x. Regardless I went to pick up order and they got my order messed up. Tried to give me a pizza, when I what Ordered was a sausage roll. Woman behind the counter who seem not to enjoy her job, which I felt sorry for her, said I will make it because it was our mistake. She said give me 15 minutes! I said no problem, I have my grand in the truck and will go get them something to eat and be back in 15 minutes. We'll as I'm about to get my truck, she comes outside and says the manager says you have to pay for it now in advance? I said What? I go back in the store and asked why? He says do you want the roll or not. I said I will gladly pay for my order when I see yall got it right. He said do you want the roll or not? I said what's up with the attitude man? He said pay or leave! I said I'm out! His reply to me: just like i thought, just leave!! WtW?What kind of customer service is this? Never ever will I patronize this business. Rude and he claimed to be the manager? He was very young and definitely needs more training or find another job cause evidently he doesn't like working there. I didn't get my order and left with a sour taste in my mouth. O stars 🌟 for customer service!! X Sign Never Ever ! This place needs to b SHUT DOWN. They have the worse servoce and food I have ever came across in my entire life. My husband ordered a 4 piece chicken dinner. We ordered for pick up ( cuz if u order for delivery it either takes 2 hours or it just never shows up) and I was told it would b ready in 20 minutes. I went up there to pick my food up 30 minutes later and of course my food was not done when I got there, but like 5 minutes after I show up they give me my food. I take the food to the car and my husband opened his meal to make sure it was right and of course it wasnt what he ordered. So I took it back in and had them remake it. They said it would b another 20 minites. After waiting 30 more minutes I went in to see if his food was ready and when I went in this dude told me it was gonna b a while cuz they had to defrost the chicken befor they could cook it!! I lost it. I told him to run me my money cuz it has already been over an hour. He told me they dont do refunds and so I went and got my husband cuz he is calmer then i am. So he went in and asked them to make him something different and they said as long as it costs the same. They should have gave us our money back and gave us our food on top of it. They suck so bad. They need to just close down. I will never go back there ever again. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. DONT ORDER OR EAT NOTHING...
