Byrd House Bakes — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Giving you a 5 Star because I like to support small businesses. Honest review, when it comes to design and looks, it's a 10/10. But when it comes to taste, it's a 2/10.

The cake texture itself was disappointing. We had the unicorn one yesterday and it was soooo dry, crumbling all over the place and people weren't much interested.

Maybe it was just the one you made for me, rushed; reading the other reviews? I hope you see this as a constructive criticism.

AMAZING!! Prices are reasonable, baker is quick to respond and friendly. She was very patient in explaining my options and working to make our vision come to life. We asked for two cakes, and she was close enough that she delivered both the cakes to us, saving us a step along the way! I sent her inspo pics and she exceeded my expectations. Absolutely delicious. Byrd House came through in a pinch, they saved a birthday on very short notice and stole the show. Forgot to take a picture once it was cut because it was too good to remember the photo!! This is a strawberry cake with pink buttercream frosting with fresh strawberries on top and a strawberry cream cheese icing between the THREE layers of cake.
