I recently visited Williams Chicken and spent over $18 on a 5-piece chicken tender meal with French fries, a small order of poppers, and a small order of okra. I had to go back to the counter to ask for gravy to go with my tenders, and the gentleman seemed shocked that I even wanted gravy for chicken tenders.The tenders looked partially battered and had no flavor. The food quality was disappointing. I received a half bag of fries and they were old, and the okra was overcooked. When I decided to return the meal, the gentleman seemed upset that I was asking for my money back, plus I had to wait quite a while for the cook to figure out how to process a refund. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working properly. They had a cooler blowing air, but it was not cold, making the dine-in experience uncomfortable. As long as I waited for the food and them to process ny refund, it took up my entire lunch break. Overall, this was a very disappointing visit, and I would not recommend this location. Update 8/15/2025: Since leaving the restaurant and this review on 8/14/25 My credit card has been compromised. The person tried adding my credit card to their phone wallet and tried charging my card 3 times to an online video game site. Something didn't sit right when the young man took so long to process the refund. It looked like he took a picture of my card, but I was not sure. Anyways, I immediately turned the card off once I left. Sorry, no video games for you, sir! šŸ˜‚

I Was Like No Don't Even Worry About It Then I Drive Off Went To The Front To Ask For A Manager The Gentleman Said She Was Gone For The Day. She Has A Nasty Attitude With No Regards To Customers Service Skills, And Act As If We Was Interrupting Her Day.

This place is bad.

When I say bad, I mean absolutely awful in every conceivable way. This is by far the lowest rating and poorest review I have ever given an establishment. Let's examine 3 qualities strongly desired by any customer. The aforementioned qualities are service efficiency, staff relations, and food quality. Let us start with efficiency. Not only are these people slow, but they are extremely slow, we're talkin' the speed of smell here. What makes it even worse is the blatant disregard for any OF their customer's schedules or sense of urgency. Not only are they slow as can be, but they also have an attitude of indifference, if not resentment, toward the customer for causing them to have to work during their busy schedule of sitting around lazily not doing much except for arguing with the other employees the whole time they're being slow! So what I'm still leaning towards is that what's worse than the speed and efficiency at which this business operates are the staff members and their manners. Blatantly disrespectful and difficult to deal with, the employees here are rude and quick to argue oh, the old adage of The customer always being right" has been replaced with the motto, "Even if the customer is right we will refuse to back down on even small points and harass them, and even refuse service to customers for pointing out problems that we refuse to address." I had an employee once tell me that I had to sit down and could not stand up using my phone in the lobby and I'm seeing people get ran off for eating outside the building after they purchase their food. (In the parking lot or for being in the lobby for longer than 15 minutes even though they're the only patrons of the establishment at that time.) Another problem of this 100% trashy establishment is that its food is pretty much on par with what is expected of Williams Chicken. Generally, for the most part, the food that comes out is cooked properly and tastes like it should. However, the cleanliness of the inside and outside of the building detracts from it. Maybe it's just me but after seeing a splattering of liquid green feces over half the toilet as punishment for mistakenly walking into the restroom to wash my hands affects my appetite and the taste of the food beyond that point. To sum things up, I'd rather slide down a razor blade into a pool of alcohol while sucking somebody's butt through a straw until their head caves in than eat at this restaurant again. It has been a painful and nasty experience that has left me wondering why I subjected myself to such agony in the first place. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the punishment of this dining experience. However, if you have perhaps a child who has performed poorly on his last report card or got in trouble at school and needs to be punished; you can take them here for...

Heard a lot of great things about Williams Chicken from my coworkers so I stopped by after work today 11/18/2024 around 5pm. When I pulled up to the restaurant I didn’t see a speaker which most restaurants have for placing orders so I drove up to the window.

When I pulled up to the window, there was an employee wearing all black standing in front of the window but the employee was standing the opposite direction of me. There was an Hispanic woman wearing a red shirt facing me, and she saw that I was out there in the drive thru. She was busy fixing people’s orders. Which is fine, I understand that she was busy. I politely waved her down to get the other person’s attention.

I’ve never been to the restaurant before, so I wasn’t sure if I order on the intercom or through the drive thru window so I assumed the person standing near the window was supposed to take my order. When I flagged the woman down in the kitchen and pointed at the person standing by the window, she came to the window very upset stating ā€œma’am give me a minuteā€ but in a very aggressive and rude manner. I apologized and informed her that I wasn’t sure where to order giving that it was my first time there. I left the restaurant without placing an order. She didn’t even apologize for her behavior and just said ā€œokayā€.

I’m very understanding that they are busy and can be under a ton of stress so I would have understood if she politely informed me that they were busy and someone would be with me soon or had the person standing by the window ask me to please hold but of course, in a more respectful way. I did not come off as rude nor raise my tone with her. Matter of fact, I didn’t even get the chance to speak before she went off.

So overall, my service was extremely poor. I guess I’ll try again another time or maybe go to another location. Hopefully my experience will...
