Wicked 6 Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Fountain Hills

ZERO Stars not choice here? Tried to like this place many times since 2002. Spent a lot of money here, when it was a 50/50 coin-toss experience, only because it was close to home and had live music. Basically, owner ran it DOWN, worse every year then Covid hit, and it's only consistent at being a huge FAIL. We're done, never going back, found too many better choices in town.

Avoid the FOOD. Obviously, there is not a properly trained "Chef" here. One that is just horrible and rude, could not care any less why you don't like cold un-cooked improperly prepared over-priced meals. Work history shows prior experience in only a closed Scottsdale Old Town restaurant failure, and maybe excelled at a nail's salon prior?

Drinks flowing here for the owner only, one over-served EX-Ernst & Young CPA ready for the PARTY with any and ALL GOLF PALS! YOU just visiting or new in town, good luck finding any service when owner is there and being catered to. Grab a beer ELSWHERE in town. Try American Grill which is 1000x better, serving cold drinks, hot food that is always well prepared and always great service there too. There are many better choices in the area...

Went here tonight after finishing a round of golf at the accompanying course Sundridge Canyon. We sat at a table with a great view overlooking the golf course. Manager/Host, not quite sure, brought us out some menus and a busboy brought us some water. We sat and waited 15 minutes for a server to come take a drink order or simply acknowledge us. After 15 minutes I went and asked the same gentleman where our server is, he apologized, said its his fault, he sent our server home because they were overstaffed!! I'd beg to differ if they can't take a drink order within 20 minutes!! The place wasn't even half full. He said he'd send someone right over. We waited another 5 minutes as severs walked by us and continued to ignore us before we left. No effort on their part at all. Shame. I'll never return to this restaurant and suggest nobody else does either unless you want horribly slow service and no effort. Just a bunch of people standing around with no clue about customer service. The golf course itself is amazing, great attentive staff, and I'll continue to play there. Six of us were there. No one came to our table to take order. After 30 minutes I went to the bar, place the order for drinks, bartender said haven't you been waited on? No! I will wait on you myself. Five young people servers, dressed in black were visited and laughing over to my left, two more visiting to my right. Bar tender called situation to the attention of the person seating customers. She came over to me and apologized that no one had waited on us. I told her this was my first time back to this restaurant this year because the service has been so poor in the past. She didn't have a clue as to what to do or how to supervise personnel. Food was good, bartender provided good service but what a way to run a beautiful facility.
