260 Roadhouse — Restaurant in Four Corners States

First visit since new ownership. Cleanly and stylishly remodeled. Restaurant in front, proper honky tonk in back with bar and pool table, also huge outdoor seating area with fireplace. Service on a Thursday night was quick and capable. The food was excellent. Started with a large dinner salad, crisp greens, fresh sliced tomatoes, egg, and cheese. Fresh made ranch dressing, nothing from a bottle. They said they also make their own blue cheese dressing and horseradish. Cheese pizza with excellent homemade sauce. Really delicious sauce. I'd order extra cheese next time but I like a LOT of cheese. My French Dip was laden with tender, shaved prime rib, robust au jus, seasoned coated fries, crunchy onion rings. This is good food and a good time. Looking forward to a Friday night fish fry and just a bit too...

We just got a cabin in Forest Lakes so we've visited the Roadhouse several times since this summer began and have loved it every time! The atmosphere is so great - great outdoor seating and a live band on the patio on certain nights. The servers are great and the additional staff is very sweet and accommodating. Trina, one of the owners, is fantastic and works her tail off. The menu is simple but delicious - hamburgers, French dip, a great jalapeno-infused pork chop, pizza and fish fry on Friday. The apps are yummy bar food - always crunchy but never greasy. The margaritas are also delicious and a great size. We've never tried the dessert because we're too full! We can't wait to ho back up for this yummy diamond...

Enjoyed a good meal and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Service was at a steady un-rushed pace that allowed time to savor each course but still stay hydrated. Staff is friendly, fun and laid-back. Brings back memories of what it was decades ago. Update First time back this year (5/2023) still a local go to. Enjoy!

10/2024 update Trina and her staff continue to be on top of their game. The food remains a good value for the portion, served hot or cold as is appropriate for the dish, with a smile, in a small community atmosphere. 260 Roadhouse remains a valuable asset to this small community. Great...
