Incase you didn’t know Beulah isn’t very big.... but it’s got some amazing treasures hidden in it like the Beulah Inn. On a weekend get away for a friends wedding we found ourselves in a vacation rental in Beulah. We weren’t sure what to expect when we went to find lunch but let me tell you we were very pleasantly surprised by this find. This cute little restaurant felt so cozy and welcoming. Linda our waitress welcomed us and cared for us very well. Several other employees stopped at our table also to check on us. Our glasses were never empty and our food was amazing. But hold on.... the pie? Oh the pie! I would seriously consider selling a kidney to get more of this pie! I’m picky about pies so I wasn’t too sure when we ordered apple pie but the first bite literally took my breath away. It was honestly the best pie I’ve ever had in my life! We literally couldn’t stop talking about it. We told everyone about it. I would go out of my way to get another piece of that pies! It’s worth the drive from pueblo or canon...

Service was excellent. Food was fantastic. My wife had a burger she said was terrific. I had the chicken fried steak. It was excellent. Had a small but very nice local beer selection along with the regulars. Big bonus was a local band that ended up with 7 members and they were really good. Made the afternoon really enjoyable. If you get a chance this is a must stop. We...

I asked for coffee, it was cold, I waited over 15 minutes for our server to come back so I could get it heated while everyone else sat with empty drinks. She never asked if anyone wanted refills. I would like to give her the benefit of the doubt, because she was very young and inexperienced. I was so excited for the Inn to finally open its doors. But don’t think I will go back hungry. The bar is cozy, maybe just drink there because they got better service than the tables. Also not fond of how they made the bathroom his and...
