I typically refrain from writing reviews; however, I need to express my disappointment with the experience I recently had. During a visit at this coffee shop on 7/23/24, I politely requested a medium drip coffee with cinnamon from a barista with dark hair, fair skin, face piercings, tattoos, and dark makeup took our order. Upon noticing the barista's unusual behavior, as she took my coffee to the back instead of handing it to me after she made it. I did not dwell on it as I was accompanied by my aunt. Upon taking a sip of the coffee, I was shocked to find a thick unpleasant slimy substance in my mouth. After quickly realizing that this was indeed unnormal, I promptly disposed of the coffee. To my utter dismay, upon further inspection, I discovered a disturbing foreign Phlem object in the remaining portion of the drink (Btw If it was grounds it would be gritty). It is deeply troubling to consider that a barista would engage in such unsanitary behavior, especially when serving paying customers (who tipped 22%)! I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone until appropriate action will be taken to address this distressing incident. If you have cameras in the front and back I encourage you to look at...

Great coffee (Jen spent weeks tasting and savoring various roasterās beans), which Matt served to me with an excellent cinnamon roll from a local baker⦠Bear Cub is friendly, even has a āBring Fidoā sign on their outdoor patio. The rustic ambiance is perfect for their location, right across South Turkey Creek Road from world-famous TINY TOWN, just off US 285 in the foothills SW of Denver. For me a āreal dealā coffee shop is also about community. Bear Cub sponsors a book club, has a local art fair next month, and hosts other regular community events. I appreciate what theyāre doing and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe coffee here is roasted on site. With your first sip, you can taste the difference between this and the competitors (I won't name names, but you know what I mean)! I had the most delicious latte with 1% milk, sprinkled with powdered cacao and nutmeg. Then after a bit, I walked back in and purchased an Americano with a splash of 2%. Did I mention the staff is very personable and welcoming. I've been here 3 times in the last 3 weeks and it's my new fav. place to visit and just sit outside admiring the changing of the leaves and fresh air! I highly recommend a visit here in...
