4 people in lobby waiting on help, a challenged woman was repeatedly saying excuse me several times over 10 min trying to explain her order was wrong..my completed order was sitting back at the expediting station, I stepped in and stated "can we get some help here please" in my naturally assertive voice..all was handled.i thought..when I returned to the store, karina sandoval employee comes up sticks her finger in my face and says don't you ever come in here yelling again..I explained I was not yelling, I simply was trying to gain some attention and proper customer service..she proceeded to become more belligerent and belittleing towards all around her..I told her the customer service sucks, she said " I don't care" at this point another employee has to interfere by attempting to physically pull her from the counter and trying to calm her to no avail. I asked her name. she refused, I asked another employee, She refused, she then shouted at me all the way from the drive thru area Karina sandoval! I don't care was the majority of her words from this point..I do think if Karina doesn't care, maybe she should find something to care about, there is pride and happiness in caring. And Karina seems to be severely lacking in the care department. Her customer service skills and words proved it. Her customer service is one level lower than pure disgusting. Karina deserves to be fired..I asked for franchise owner name...they refused..I've got it now! Johnson entities..I will be sure to let them know they have at least one mouthy, ungrateful for their job, and willing to punch people employed there..appalling conduct. We were in a hurry and ordered at the window and the intercom was so old/broken the guy couldn’t hear anything we said- he kept asking us to repeat ourselves. Then while waiting in the car line, a couple of us trying to save time, ran in to use the facilities and order 2 more drinks b/c he didn’t catch them through the intercom. When I got to the counter no one was there and I ended up waiting several minutes for someone to show up. Eventually someone came, I ordered the 2 drinks and figured they’d be ready when I got back from the restroom. I asked my daughter to wait for the drinks for me. In the restroom there was no tp in one stall and the toilet was clogged in the other stall. I had to switch with a lady in there b/c neither of us could use the stalls as they were—I.e. grab tp from one stall & use the other one. Awkward.
Then when I came out my daughter was STILL waiting for the drinks. As we waited, I saw people 3 orders behind us get their meals. I finally stepped up to the counter so they’d remember we were there and after making eye contact w/ 4 employees, 5 mins later someone sauntered over & gave us our drinks. (!)
I didn’t observe any sense of urgency or efficiency from the employees or even the manager who was sitting at one of the tables the whole time unconcerned.
I hate to give a downer review but man, there needs to be some serious changes at this...
Read moreOK, been coming to this mcdonalds for decades on the way to Nebraska and it has recently just nose dived in terms of service and wait times mainly. They renovated and it's nice, but there are other issues they need to address besides the decor...
The wait the last time we went was over 25 min and luckily we found that out before we ordered because several people in line said they were waiting 30 min... For mcdonalds!! This is on top of the last time we went that we placed a pick up order 20 min before we showed up, and they just totally forgot to run our order and we had to wait 20 min while we were there. 40 min for a happy meal and two cheeseburgers is just too much.
Also, they got rid of the soda fountain, so if you can actually get someone to notice you at the front, you may get a refill, but don't expect them to be friendly about it because they sure as heck won't be... All in all, disappointed because it's a great halfway stop for us, but we probably will just start going to the fort Morgan one, which has some issues, but time isn't as...
