We had an especially great experience thanks to the staff, and want to give a special shout-out to Isaac, who is truly the best manager there! The service was top-notch, making our family meal even more enjoyable. ​The star of the show is the oven-grilled chicken, which is sourced from cage-free, high-quality farms. We tried a variety of their signature items, starting with the Garlic Butter Parm Sliders. Served on a soft brioche bun, the Homestyle chicken coated in that rich, savory Garlic Butter Parmesan dry rub was phenomenal—it’s an easy, craveable bite. ​We also sampled the Lemon Pepper Dry Rub on the tenders, and the flavor was perfectly zesty and bright. A pleasant surprise was the portion sizing: we ordered a Kids Meal of tenders and tots, and the amount was easily generous enough to satisfy an adult looking for a lighter entrée, which is great value! ​The key to the entire experience is the incredible customization, as Sneaky Bird offers over 15 handcrafted sauces and dry rubs. We were hooked on a few favorites: the Brutus sauce offered a satisfyingly savory flavor, and their standard ranch dressing was clearly house-made and addictive. The food is delicious, but the service isn’t great. Sure, everyone was friendly, but I’ve gone a total of two times and both times my order was wrong and missing items i paid for. The first time, items asked to be removed from the sandwich were on the sandwich and we ordered two cookies and received none. I figured it was an honest mistake, didn’t reach out to have it fixed and just gave them the benefit of the doubt - people mess up sometimes. The second time, once again, asked for the pickles to be removed, reviewed my order on the screen to ensure it was correct, but pickles were still on my wrap. I paid for three sauces and received none. Both were takeout/delivery. In addition my second visit, i waited for 40 min for my food, when they said it would be a 15 min wait. During which, several pickup orders were placed on the pick racks and people were coming in and out. I was provided a number, which typically means the order is being brought to you or at the least the number will be called. After i started looking around the staff let me know my food had been sitting on the rack for 15 min. I’d love to go back for the food, but I’m not going to keep paying for items I’m not getting and the service isn’t...
