TJ's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Four Corners States

I was tempted to leave a one star review immedietly after walking out with my take out order, based on the service and prices alone. However, I wanted to be fair and try the food first in order to give a complete and honest review. So here it is: When I called to place the order the bartender that took my order was extremely rude. And they were out of several menu items. When we picked up the order she was just as rude. We were shocked to find out it was over $80 and asked to see an itemized receipt. Every single item was way over the online price. She said they had new prices. So the $12 burger waz actually $18. What was most alarming was the $5 charge for styrofoam to go boxes. FIVE DOLLARS FOR 5 SMALL STYROFOAM BOXES!! Of course instead of putting the fries in the box with the burgers they boxed it all seperately so that we would be charged for 5 boxes rather than 3. We ordered 2 burgers, wings, and zuchini fries $83 The burgers were not edible, we each took one bite and gave the rest to the dogs. I at first thought for sure theyd given us veggie burgers because I ordered medium-rare and they were like over-well done. But they tasted more like middle school cafeteria burgers. This place is nearby my home and an area with few meals to grab. For this reason I have given it a pile of chances and each time I have been very disappointed. The food is at best plain and likely overcooked. The worst offense is I ordered to go and got my packaged breakfast that included toast and jelly packets. When I reached for my jelly I got a nasty surprise, it had been used and was empty. It is unsanitary to serve anyone trash, let alone the fact it was packed in with my food. I spoke to the owner and while they did apologize there was never a replacement of the meal I paid for even though I did ask and was told I would get one. Really just bad food in general and not...

While staying in Pearce area for about 3 months, I frequented this fun lovin' place a few times🤩 but never did a review. It's been over a year since my time there. I just wanted to thank everyone there for being so kind and respectful. I was staying in a place that was so remote, for personal reasons, and even this bar was quite a little distance for me at that time ... but I needed company occasionally, having been in total isolation almost exclusively at that time.

Thank you for being a rock when I was rollin'.

I miss the calm, darkned atmosphere during less crowded times and the hopped up times during lively hours.
