We had such an amazing experience at Yatai Asian Kitchen! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We started with the bacon cheese wontons—they were so good we didn’t even get a chance to snap a photo before devouring them! The toro nigiri was incredibly fresh and literally melted in our mouths. Each piece was beautifully presented and full of flavor. We also tried three different rolls, and while they were all great, the Yatai Roll definitely stood out as our favorite—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sauce. The presentation was top-notch and the flavors were spot on. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality sushi and creative rolls in a cozy setting. Can’t wait to go back!

Yatai started as a food truck in Bennett And quickly took root in every small town along the i-70 corridor, establishing itself as the best Asian food east of Denver. Anna is quite possibly the hardest working woman I think I have ever met. Please come and support Yatai as they put down roots in their first brick and mortar location. You won't be sorry, their food is unparalleled And I look forward to their menu expansion!

I'm so happy they finally have a brick & mortar restaurant from their food truck. They have everything from sushi to hibachi to stir-fried noodles. The salt & pepper chicken appetizer was yummy and the sushi was beyond amazing. The seared salmon belly literally melts in your mouth and the spicy scallop was fire! The service was stellar and the owner lady was sweet as ever. Definitely will return!

Best food out here and my new favorite. Tried them when they had a food truck first and was hooked , was so excited to see them open a restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and inviting and the patio is beautiful. Everyone is very friendly here and the food is absolutely incredible. I'm always nervous about ordering mandarin chicken because everywhere I've had it was way to sweet but its perfect and delicious here and not overpowering. The potstickers are nice and crispy and delicious. You cant go wrong here....
