Yatai Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Four Corners States

We had such an amazing experience at Yatai Asian Kitchen! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish. We started with the bacon cheese wontons—they were so good we didn’t even get a chance to snap a photo before devouring them!

The toro nigiri was incredibly fresh and literally melted in our mouths. Each piece was beautifully presented and full of flavor. We also tried three different rolls, and while they were all great, the Yatai Roll definitely stood out as our favorite—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sauce.

Best food out here and my new favorite. Tried them when they had a food truck first and was hooked , was so excited to see them open a restaurant. The restaurant is very clean and inviting and the patio is beautiful. Everyone is very friendly here and the food is absolutely incredible. I'm always nervous about ordering mandarin chicken because everywhere I've had it was way to sweet but its perfect and delicious here and not overpowering. The potstickers are nice and crispy and delicious. You cant go wrong here....
