El Mexicano Restaurant — Restaurant in Fowler

I've been coming to this place for a few years now and it used to lack good customer service due to some waitresses not really doing a decent job, but lately it's been really decent, lately I mean last few years since the owner started taking care herself, also the after-hours girl at the drive thru always has done a great job. The camarones a la diabla plate by Domingo the cook, are simply the best in the whole state just make sure Domingo is the cook working that day because the other cook makes them different and not responsible if you don't like. Enchilada sauce is straight from a can (Old El Paso?), Chicken was tough/rubbery, and apparently there is a Cheese shortage because they scrimped on that too. I've tried this place 3 times, it got worse every time. No matter what you order they guy has an excuse of why it's not exactly what you're supposed to get for that item. I was going to post pictures but I doubt it matters. Ordered a burrito with taco, rice and beans. I don’t normally complain but this place is a terrible experience.
