The Mother's Day Special insert was misleading. It listed 2 appetizers with no prices, then several entrees WITH prices, then 2 desserts with no prices . It appeared that for the stated price, an appetizer and a dessert were included. Not so... they were extra. On the menu, our dinners stated they included 2 sides. When we tried to order, the server said we only got 1 side each. I pointed to it on the menu. She said, "Well, you only get one side." When our bill came, I was charged 50c for mashed potatoes/gravy. I had the turkey dinner. My husband had the meatloaf dinner. He did not get charged extra for his side (French fries/gravy) I asked the server why I was charged extra. She said that is just how it is. Also, we tried to order spinach/artichoke dip for an appetizer. They were out of it. When she brought my husband a refill of unsweetened ice tea....it was something other than unsweetened ice tea. We are always looking for a new place to eat. The food was good, and the prices were fair, but all of the things mentioned above made it so that we probably won't return.

I loved it. They have daily specials which is something I really like. The day I was there they had pork chops or liver and onions. The liver and onions looked and smelled amazing but I had already ordered before I looked at the board. This place was recommended to me by 2 different coworkers and they both told me to get the same thing so that was what I ordered. I got Flame Kissed Garbage Wings. Wow. They were the best wings I have had in ages. The sauce was a mix of different sauces I think. I could taste barbecue and buffalo sauces and other flavors I couldn't pick out but the flavor was great. The wings themselves were absolutely amazing. Big and meaty and perfectly cooked. I would have loved the wings with no sauce at all! I also got a bowl of Stuffed Pepper Soup which was also perfectly delicious. The staff was fantastic and all things taken together I had a wonderful meal and a great experience. Don't miss this place if you are ever close to Kersey PA! A must try for sure! As a matter of fact ... go out of your way to try it. It is worth a drive!

I have never given a restaurant/bar a five star rating until this one! My wife and I were traveling (out of towners) and happened to find this place by happenstance. The only place nearby open on the fourth of July, I had my sights set low but boy did this place blow me out of the water! Small, but in a cozy way with a separate dining and bar area with a covered deck. The whole place was extremely CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and WELL KEPT. The most attentive staff of any where we have EVER been, so very friendly we didn't have to ask for anything. In addition, we were there during the evening rush, and the service was still excellent. The meal was paced well, and very tasty. The quality and presentation of the food was above most chain restaurants also. Finally, (and most importantly to me, anyway) a great selection of beer. Local craft, local macro and the household names like AB. My only regret is that it's too far away to visit every day!
