Last Chance Saloon — Restaurant in Fox Township

First time there and terrible service from the bartender Kelsie. Only served one side of the bar and was doing shots with the patrons and laughing. We waited for 35 mins before I finally asked for service and we were sitting at the bar. Then she gave us 4 beers instead of 3 and then didn’t refill the mixed drink. Maybe some training on how to service the ENTIRE bar and not just a few “guys” to get tips. We ordered food which took over an hour and the extra order of fries never came even though we were told would only take 3 mins. The food was good but the kitchen was clearly understaffed. "The bartender had a shockingly bad attitude and was more concerned with gossiping loudly with coworkers talking freely of her sex life with the manager than serving customers. It was like watching a high school cafeteria. We waited for a long time to get our drinks, and when we asked if our order was coming soon, we were met with a dismissive 'They will get to it when they get to it.' Her unprofessional behavior created a hostile environment and made us feel like we were a nuisance. Complete inappropriate behavior in any establishment. She was condescending to other patrons as well, with her snobby looks and eye roles. This was not our first time there and we have always treated so nice from the regular burger...

We were very disappointed with our meal here this time. We arrived at 7:10 Friday night. We ordered appetizers and our meal. 1-1/2 hours later, we still hadn't received our appetizers or salads. When it finally arrived, the fish was overcooked to the point that it had to be cut with a knife. The fries we ice cold. The waitress did not come back until she asked if we needed a box for the leftovers. We told her that in the future it would be nice to get hot fries.
