The Starbucks in Franklin Lakes usually has good service. Much better than the Starbucks in Oakland. But today I ordered online and went to pick up my order. There were two employees behind the counter and waited almost 10 minutes before either one of them asked me if I needed help. There was one other gentlemen there waiting not sure if they were helping him. No one made any kind of eye contact just with me. The one girl made a drink put it down and walked away came back and started cleaning. Finally the other guy when he was done drinking his drink and helped a customer who walked in to place an order. Eventually walked over to me to see what I wanted. I usually go out of my way to go to the Starbucks in Franklin Lakes because of great service they give.    Read moreThey never get a drink order right. I hate to ask to have my drink remade because the employees will roll their eyes at you and give you an attitude. When I pay $4-$5 for a drink I would like it to be correct and be full to the top of the cup. When I order and pay for a Venti I want a Venti not a Grande. If I order an iced beverage I expect them to follow the recipe exactly so I get a consistent drink from Starbucks to Starbucks. The Baristas at this Starbucks don't feel the need to measure anything properly so the drinks are either watered down, too sweet, or too strong. They might want to consider having a manager on duty at all times and train there employees on...

My visit was on December 23rd. Then the Cubs come out with the same message. I'm not one to be offended by a happy Hanukkah or Happy Kwanzaa message but when it deliberately appears Christmas was left out, I am offended. Not sure if this is a corporate decision or a local store decision, but I rarely visit Starbucks as it is and this is another reason now...
