First thing we noticed, the shape. It's not baked in the same pans. It used to be a nice wide, dense piece, cut nice and thick.
Now, the texture reminds me of a cheap way to make a bread from a box mix, airy, spongy.. It's heavy on the spices, and they've added nuts and raisins. No beautiful topping. They had a following for the old pumpkin bread. It was a beautiful guilty pleasure. Not anymore, it hit the trash can.
