Almost nothing here is made fresh. Except for the pizza dough, which they should REALLY order in frozen; if they did, perhaps it would be edible. Everything tastes like it's been stuck in the freezer for weeks on end, and when they finally decide to cook it, it's cooked poorly with no flavor or care whatsoever. If you don't know that you're supposed to salt pasta water, you shouldn't own a restaurant; let alone an Italian restaurant. In addition, their pasta dishes are watery, and adorned with an embarrassing amount of parsley. Probably to distract you from the fact that you're eating food that even a hospital kitchen wouldn't serve. I don't know whether or not their chef can handle a kitchen, but I can tell you they certainly can't handle honest feedback. When you send a dish back and then hear the chef complaining and screaming about how you don't know what you're talking about, that doesn't bode well for you as an owner/chef. I should also mention that they have a sister restaurant in West Grove called Brothers Pizza. Take my word, that place is equally bad, if not somehow worse. What we have here is a depressing, disappointing story of two restaurants that have absolutely NO sense of place or purpose, with food that is bland, generic, and simply laughable. If I were you, I'd go elsewhere, or just save your money and make your own meal at home. Chances are that even if you've never tried cooking Italian, you'd do much better than these guys....
Read moreWell I have ordered from the before and they were awesome. I ordered a meatball parm a couple weeks ago and it was dismal compared to previous orders. I called and complained about it and they told me ok sorry next time let’s ya know and we’ll give you five dollars off. Well I don’t want five dollars off I want this done right the first time. Both times now I have received a meatball parm sandwich with meatballs that are the size of a quarter. HALF the sandwich was just bread and cheese — NO MEATBALLS!!! This is a joke. How easy would it be to just add decent size homemade meatballs to this sandwich and rock everyone’s world. But no. They choose to take the least expensive way out. I call a second time to say typos was substandard and was told hey we put meatballs in there. Sorry but never again. I thought I had found a good place finally but no they are just as devoid of excellence as most of their competition. Sad really as they COULD really excel but their management is lacking and their quality control is nonexistent.
Now let me also say that their Pizza is wonderful. Haven’t ordered anything else from them so I can’t comment.

Read moreStopped here to eat on the way home from Lancaster. Sat in the back and a young guy was our "waiter". He asked us for our drinks and came back with incorrect drinks. We placed our order. (App: Calamari, Dinner: 3 slices (2 red/1 white) of pizza and French fries). The young guy didn't write anything down. The pizza comes out with the fries after a little wait. When questioned about the appetizer the guy said "oh I forgot". So we asked for honey mustard, he left and never came back. I went to the counter to get the honey mustard, a woman was very nice and apologized. We went back to eat our dinner and it was honestly horrible. The pizza tasted like it was 3 days old and was super hard. It wasn't hot at all. The french fries were overdone/dry and unsalted. It was fully a miserable experience. I would reccomend looking elsewhere for a quick meal. I will 100%...
