Little Italy V — Restaurant in Franklin Township

I live nearby and have been here several times.. sigh,... I Love their pizza - sadly the customer service and phone service is dismal. I have received 3 incorrect orders in 4 attempts, and this latest attempt makes 5... Wings wrong, pizza wrong..I have had to drive back to get it corrected twice

Last attempt was 7-17-2020.Called about a 2 topping pizza - I was quoted a 2 large cheese special.. sigh.. " I do not want two pizzas - I would like 2 toppings" Sadly this is a common situation- they do not listen to you

The woman I spoke to quickly adapted and asked what I want for toppings - I told her the items I wanted..and she verified them, then she told me $10 and change.. I think it was 10.36.. then relayed that it would be 25mns sir.. NOTE - due to the wrong wings issue I have stopped ordering wings here and elected for a 2 topping pizza - first time

Thanks - I'll see you soon. At the window - they had problems finding my order (again, ...this is a reoccurring issue I have come to expect) . At the window the woman who was waiting on me reported to me $15 and change - I pointed out that I was not quoted that and she said something like "sorry that's the price" - I said no thanks and left.

I also called back after verifying the conversation. The woman I spoke to held her ground and defended the mis-quote price. I pointed out that I am local and I will be telling all my friends about the issues I have here.

I will be monitoring the results from others I know and keep this review up to date

I am giving them 2 stars for past quality of the pizza, but I am not satisfied with the phone service or customer service when they make an error 4 out of 5 times ...

The first time I ate here the food was good, so I went back the following week for few subs for a group outing and I guess there was a different cook in the kitchen or something. It looked like there were all teenagers working that day and they gave me my food in a pepperoni shipping box, which would have been fine except my subs weren’t wrapped properly and one-third of two of the subs were sticking out of their wrappers - touching the inside of a box which seemed very unsanitary to me and the other members of my party considering it was a meat packaging box. Gross. In addition to that, I ordered double-meat on two of the other subs and it seemed like there just wasn’t enough, even less compared to the last time that I ordered cheesesteaks when I didn’t ask for double meat. The balance and flavors weren’t similar to the previous weeks order either. Also, they weren’t busy at all, so there should be no excuse for any of this. Decided that even though this place is close by, I’ll drive a bit out of my way for consistency and sanitary practices in food...

Visiting Gettysburg from T9exas. We travel in our RV and read the reviews on this place.we have eaten good Italian food in our travels but not here. The service was average. I asked for a Stromboli and salad. Wife asked for beef pizza sandwich with onion rings. Her onion rings came out over cooked and sandwich was hard and sloppy inside. My salad was the better part of my meal. The Stromboli had salty ham lounchen meat, no pepperoni . The cheese was ok. The tomato sauce was bitter and didn't taste like a true marinara sauce. We have great food else where but not here. not here. The other comments from.others does not go along with outs. Those folks need to get to another restaurant, (a good one) to taste...
