The food at Pink Pistachio is definitely worth trying! Their chicken sandwich came on a perfect brioche bun - crispy outside, juicy inside - with thin-cut fries in a cute copper basket. The dipping sauce had just the right amount of spice. But the real stars are the desserts - those square cakes are amazing, especially the rose-pistachio one with dried flower petals. The crepe with chocolate drizzle and strawberries looked fantastic but was slightly undercooked in the middle.

Service was friendly even though the place was packed. Our server was attentive with water refills, though our fancy mocktails (complete with orchid garnishes!) took a bit longer to arrive than expected.

The atmosphere is total Instagram heaven - pink walls, that famous neon angel wings sign, velvet chairs, and marble tables. They've kept the industrial ceiling but softened everything with fresh flowers on each table. Definitely feels special without being over-the-top.

Prices run $12-18 for mains and $8-10 for desserts - a bit high for a café but you're paying for both good food and the experience. Perfect spot for catching up with friends or treating yourself!

Pink Pistachio Café in Somerset offers a great ambiance. My friends and I went on a Sunday for brunch, and the place was packed. The wait time for three people was 1 hour and 45 minutes, but we grabbed drinks and waited in the car. They don't take reservations, but we wanted to see if the hype was worth it.

My friend ordered me the Pink Matcha, and it tasted really good. The person making the drink mentioned that it was decaffeinated, which was interesting since I had never tried decaf matcha before. Once we got our table, our waitress took our drink orders. I got the Mint Mojito, while my friends ordered the Strawberry Mojito and Mango Mojito. All of them were refreshing and well-balanced.

For my meal, I ordered the French toast and the vegan sandwich with a sunny side up egg. I had requested ciabatta bread on the side because I just wanted to eat the veggies and mix my egg, but I guess they were so busy that they forgot. Mistakes happen, so I let it slide. However, after our food arrived, our waitress never came back to check on us. No one offered us water or asked if we wanted additional drinks.

What really put me off was that while we were still eating, one of the managers handed us the check. It felt rude, especially since we had waited 1 hour and 45 minutes just to be seated. Other tables around us were done eating and chatting, but they weren't handed their checks yet. Later, our waitress returned and asked if anyone had checked on us while she was on her break. We told her that the manager had come by but never offered us water, so she quickly got us some. At that point, we ordered chai tea, a pink Matcha ice latte, and asked if she recommended any desserts. She suggested the tres leches, which we decided to try. I also ordered the Pink white chocolate bar to go.

Another manager checked in on us, and she was much more welcoming and attentive. When she realized we had been waiting a long time for our drinks and dessert, she felt bad and kindly comped our pink chai teas and pink Matcha ice latte. However, they never cleared our empty dishes, which made it difficult to make space for the new food. When we received the tres leches, they also forgot to give us utensils, so we had to wait even longer before we could eat it.

After we finished our tea and dessert, the first manager, the one who gave us the check while we were still eating, asked us to leave a review. So here it is.

I love the ambiance, and the beverages were great. The Mint Mojito was refreshing and not too sweet, the Pink Chai Tea had a nice balance of flavor, and the tres leches was creamy and spongy without being overly sweet. However, the French toast was too soft. It needed some crunch, maybe mixed with the Dubai chocolate bar for texture. The vegan sandwich on ciabatta was just okay.

Overall, the drinks and desserts were the highlights, but the food and service could be better. The rushed experience and lack of attentiveness made it feel less welcoming, which is disappointing after such...

Dare I say it looks slightly better than the videos on IG very pretty decor, very welcoming, such a vibe giving a 8/10 because the angel wings is in darkest area of the restaurant so difficult to get good pics Also the seating is decent for now but it’s 1 of those seats that kinda swallows you as you sit in it meaning it’s very soft. For now it’s firm enough but in another 2-3 months it’ll be too soft to sit in comfortably plus the tables are disproportionate to the chairs so it makes it weird to eat unless you’re taller than 5’6” Food was mid I had the lamb decent not terrible not great 7/10 it came with spinach quinoa and “roasted” carrots 1/10 I’m pretty sure it was spoiled, tasted slimy and had a going bad odor and gave wayyy too much of it and carrots didn’t even touch the fire let alone being roasted fried chicken sandwich same mid 7.5/10 because the chicken was fried very well nice and crunchy the apple feuille dessert mid maybe because it’s been sitting in the display case so tasted a bit stale 7.5/10 the biscoff tres lèche pretty good 8/10 nice and light tea they literally gave you a huge tea bag small teacup and no hot water for refills so 3/10 because 4 sips and it’s finished waterlemonade 3/10 tasted like pink water hard to describe didn’t taste like watermelon or lemonade tasted like I don’t know pink food coloring and water Pina colada 5/10 I’ve had worse I’ve had better Passion fruit virgin mojito: 7/10 a bit too sweet but not bad Fries hard to go wrong with fries 8.5/10 Apricot cream dessert 8.75/10 delicious donut 7.35/10 tastes like a stalker version of country donut donuts Service 9.5/10 we had 2 servers but equally awesome did not get the name of the first server because she clocked off her shift. 2nd server Rubi amazing.
