AGK ITALIAN RESTURANT & PIZZERIA — Restaurant in Franklin

They completely messed up our order even after we told them that our order went they still would not fix our order or even try to make things right after we ordered off of this dude that was clearly messed up that they sent home early because he took our order and we told him twice what we wanted exactly and he repeated it and it was right and then when we got to pick our calzone up it was completely wrong and then the people in the back were complaining to the two waitresses upfront that had nothing to do with our order nor did they take our order which the two ladies that were upfront we’re trying to make things right because we had to pay a dollar.50 extra for marinara sauce after our order still got completely messed up but instead of trying to make things right they still charge us extra for a sauce when we completely we’re gonna spend 40 bucks on a calzone but instead we got a half calzone, we ordered ham, pepperoni, bacon, and sausage and spinach with extra spinach and two large marinaras well when my husband went to get our order, they read off what we ordered and it was wrong. They did not put the bacon or the sausage or an extra marinara so my husband was like well I need my extra marinara sauce and the people were in the back charged us $1.50 instead of letting us just have it for free because our order got messed up because the guy that they sent home early i’m just so sad that this restaurant and the managers that we’re working in the back did not want to make things right with our order. They kept complaining and not wanting to do anything to make our order right and we still had to pay $1.50 extra which is no big deal. The big deal is that our order was still messed up and we told them again when we came inside. That’s not what we ordered, but the people in the back were arguing with the waitresses upfront saying that we needed to pay the dollar 50 even when they were trying to tell them that our order got messed up that we shouldn’t have to pay $1.50 extra. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had at this place. It’ll probably be our last time ordering something for takeout ever again because our order was messed up and we still had to pay extra and our order was not even offered to be made right On top of everything...

My boyfriend & I stopped here for a pizza in the middle of the afternoon. Our table was not clean. Pizza could have been baked a little longer, crust was soft. Our waitress NEVER came back to the table to ask if we needed anything. My boyfriend actually had to take his cup up to the counter & ask for a refill. She couldn’t put her cell phone down long enough to take care of her customers. With only having a few choices of restaurants in Franklin, I would think that you as a business owner, would make sure that you are providing the best service possible to keep your customers coming back. With that kind of service, you will be losing a lot of business. I normally don’t try to give bad reviews, but, if no one ever says how things are, nothing will be addressed & fixed. I would have given a 1/2 star if it were an option, this experience wasn’t worth...

Came by tonight to try this new restaurant, arrived at 7:30 to be told that the kitchen was closed!!! The restaurant says they are open til 8pm !! They should have the kitchen open till then !! We went to our Favorite restaurant the corner shop which also closed at 8pm and had the BEST service by Jamie !!! I hope as a new restaurant that you will make adjustments...
