Korner Shop Cafe — Restaurant in Franklin

The Korner Shop Cafe was a suggestion made to me by the attendant at the local gas station, and it definitely did not disappoint!

I loved the down-home diner feel, the staff was super friendly, the food was amazing, and the prices were reasonable.

I love trying foods that are unique to that location, so I ended up getting the Peanut's Special, and it was pretty awesome and really hit the spot.

I would recommend this place to anyone, and I hope I'm able to stop back in the next time...

After having a less than ideal dining experience in the area, I had a much better experience at Korner Shop. My family came by on a Saturday evening at around 7, and it was fairly busy. However, service was exceptional throughout my entire time there.

The worst part was, unfortunately, the food. I ordered the italian sausage with peppers and onions which was very average. The bun was not even toasted, and the sausage didn't look much better. For dessert, the blackberry...

My husband and I are on vacation in WV. After a day of rock climbing, we were in search of a good meal. Korner Shop Cafe is straight out of Mayberry and completely charming. Every person (but us) that walked in the door was greeted by name. Several teenagers came in to order ice cream at the soda fountain bar.
