White Bison Coffee — Restaurant in Franklin

My coffee order was messed up and I take my coffee seriously. I was mad enough to call them afterwards and tell them they ruined my drinks made by two different people and I was sick from the sour milk and old coffee. I was rude too about it too and I hate that. Hours later I saw an email that I was fully refunded. I am surprised and impressed by them for just trying to make things right. I will be back...

Becki was the employee that morning around 4 AM. She greeted me with hello good morning and it comes a long way. She was very nice and kind and professional and she made some amazing coffee and any questions I have. She answered also directions to same area that I was not aware of she took time and show me where to go. I appreciate this hospitality and customer service. Amazing amazing amazing...

There's lots of parking and lots of gas pumps. The store is very clean inside.

They have a separate coffee seller (White Bison) which is really nice and the coffee is really really great, much better than Starbucks and what you can get out of Pilot/Flying J, Love's, Circle K or 711 etc.
