Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Frederick

Floor was disgusting. Not properly staffed for a Saturday night. We came in for a sit down dinner and have been here an hour and still haven't gotten our food. They are only running 1 oven deck... I work in a pizza place and this is not right.... oh BTW we were the only customers in the dine in area. The 1st 10-15 minutes we were still waiting for our drinks. Thought they forgot about us! So I should have waited til our experience was done before writing this because there is more. We order garlic knots, cheese breadsticks, a chicken parmesan sandwich and 2 side salads. When I wrote all of the above we hadn't received anything and had went to check on our order as we were from out of town and needed to head out. We were told that the breadsticks wereally coming out of the oven now and they were preparing the sandwich and that they had run out of garlic knots. We took the breadsticks as my son was very hungry. Finished the breadsticks and still never received our sandwich so we decided to leave. Mind you we never received half of our order and all we had was 1 plate of salad each no seconds or anything as we were supposed to have food coming and 1 order of cheese breadsticks. The lady said your total is $20.92. Really! Tried to charge us for full salad bar price. It wasn't our fault we never got our dinner! I wish I would have pulled up reviews on this place before going and would have seen the 2.7 rating and we would have went somewhere else. I originally ordered pasta and garlic cheese sticks & a soda. My total was over $14. 15 mins later the staff comes and tells me they are out of pasta and he can’t give a refund but he can make me something else or give me a store credit. I live 4hrs away so I just asked for a small Canadian bacon thin crust with my garlic cheese sticks. Lol there was like no Canadian bacon, just a few small slivers of ham. The dough was old and nasty. My cheese sticks came 20 mins after my pizza. No garlic butter and barely any cheese on them. The staff is nice. It’s not that. They just need better products to work with and better training. I realize in small towns that help is limited, but training is still required and this is more of an owner problem than a staff problem. Expect your food to be 20 - 30 mins late when you "carry out". Trust me, they'll forget to cook something or the order will be messed up. The salad bar is usually kept without ice, so the cottage cheese and vegetables are good and room temperature. A perfect breeding ground for that good ol' bacteria your body craves. Sometimes they answer the phone, most of the time they won't. And have no worry. They will charge you for every cup of the room temperature ranch that you'd like.
