I went to reatraunt a 5 times. Food was good 1st and 2nd time. 3rd time the food was good this too and waitress was outstanding she is the one that made me want come back. 4th time the waitwere locking the doors as I wƔs walking up. 5th time I was on side walk walking up to building looking like they were closing so I kept waking.
Love the food but never ever open to their real hours. We will drive there and they are already closed hours early. So then we started calling in advance for the hours. To just show up and them closed early and a waisted trip and now forced to panic find other food. Now when we call we ask how late are you open, and have to follow up with do you plan to close early? Which never can get a real response- just called and received "I'm not sure, they just tell me to close". Ok I will take business elsewhere unfortunately because the food and staff are all super great, love the vast menu. But 85% of the time recently try to eat there they close way earlier then hours listed online, on the door, and can't get a straight answer when we call and do our best to friendly accommodate to supper small businesses.
They need to fix their hours and keep them more open to the public who wants to support them and give them business.
So sad about this. Really hope .management can be more transparent with their staff about closing early so they can tell patrons. The girl who answered the phone did her best- management/owner keeps them in the dark so she didn't even have an early close time-frame.
Communication among staff and owners/management is key. Communication about open business hours is key...

However,, when our bill came, we were charged 1.00 for each tap water. When questioned, we were told "thats what Mcdonalds does" to which we responded "Yes, for bottled water". They also charged us 2.00 extra for using a debit card. We said it wasnt a credit card. Apparently the surcharge is for anything but paper currency. We were told, "when you take your car to the mechanic there are different charges" The staff that was working then said "Its not our decision on any of this and there is nothing we can do" We said, you can tell your manager that his nickel and diming for profit has cost him previous...
