We spotted the food truck on a Saturday motorcycle ride and went back on Sunday to try it. I am so glad we stopped! Having loved on NC I am always skeptical when a northern bbq place says they serve Eastern Carolina style. I was pleasantly surprised to find a my pulled pork sandwich to be a traditional Eastern Carolina BBQ vinegar and red pepper flakes. It was a perfect balance of acid, heat, and sweet as it was topped with a drizzle of bbq sauce. I added the slaw to complete the sandwich. The pork plate comes with two sides, traditional choices. The baked beans were a calico mix and really good. The corn bread mini-loaf was great! There is quite a menu to choose from. I suggest starting with the pulled pork stuffed bacon wrapped jalapenos. AMAZING! Grab a menu when you leave so you can do order ahead (read the stipulations re. preordering). Take a drive down Route 153 to Freedom NH and check...

Just drove by the place again, and saw the trailer was burnt out??? Will the company be able to recover from this? I sure hope so… I definitely didn’t want our first stop to be our last. I wish you the best of...
