My Main Street Pizzeria — Restaurant in Freistatt

First, a suggestion: be sure to get a sauce on the side to dip the crust in. :) Ranch would be my preference, but you do you. We tried this for the first time last night. A friend picked up our order for take-out, so I'm not sure how the actual inside looks? I'd love to know more about the ingredients (somethingthat might have been shared had I been there in person) ... like, is the crust actually homemade? My friend purchased a seasonal treat along with the pizza - it was something like a giant pumpkin cream cheese muffin? Was that homemade from scratch? It was delicious and the spices were perfect and bold (seemed like extra cinnamon, extra nutmeg, etc - full of flavor). Too sweet for me, so I literally only had a bite ... but I never could handle sweet things. Very tasty, though, and my friend happily ate my portion ;) We'll be back, and will spread the word to our family and friends that this little place in little Freistatt is well worth supporting. First time at your restaurant had a wonderful experience. The food was great, especially the fresh pizza. The staff was awesome and friendly, and I even had the pleasure of meeting the owners. wife was great

They are currently working on a new expansion, and I can't wait to see it when it's completed. It was great to overhear, what turned out to be the owners talking about the expansion with excitement, especially while they were showing what I believe was a out-of-town family guest around while picking up their to go order. It's always a good sign when the owners are proud of their restaurant and enjoy eating there.

The owners took the time to greet me and my family and make sure we enjoyed our visit. I was looking for a dine-in pizza place that had the little stands on the tables to put the pizza on while your family visits and eats their pizza. It reminded me of the good old days when people ate together before cell phones.

We will definitely be back. I hope to see the red candles next time! and trying those...

So excited to have a local, made from scratch, pizza place nearby! The pizza is delicious and I love the unique corn meal addition to the crust. It stays soft on the inside, but has a nice crunch on the outside. The wings are also well prepared. The chicken isn’t dry or over cooked which often happens with wings. And to top everything off they have delicious deserts available as well. I had a lemon cake and ice cream, which were both amazing! We definitely plan to make frequent trips to Main Street Pizzeria.
