Sidney's Judges Bench — Restaurant in Fremont Township

8pm on a Tuesday night, called in take out. Arrived early, sat at the bar near the register to have a beverage while I waited for my order. Patrons at 4 tables plus the one the owner was at so 5 tables total, 7 patrons (including me) sitting at the bar. 3 waitstaff and the owner looked at me multiple times as I patiently waited for for someone to greet me. Sat there for 10 or 15 minutes before a waitress asked one man sitting next to me if he wanted his bill and the man sitting on the other side of me, 1 stool away, if HE wanted MY take out order. I spoke up and claimed the food the waitress was trying to give away and then asked for my bill with cash sitting out in plain sight. Never even got asked if I wanted something to drink! She handed me my bill and then ignored me for 5 more minutes. Finally, after standing up and fidgeting impatiently, the owner asked the waitress to cash me out because I had been there "awhile!" Seen all the good reviews and decided to try it and ordered take out tonight. The fries were black and soggy, Mac n cheese was over $4 and was just Kraft, could buy 4 box’s for that price, also tasted like it was in the fridge and warmed up in a microwave. The chicken strips had something yellow on the meat. Only thing decent was the chili cheese fries. Lady that gave me the food didn’t give me my drink I had to ask for it even though she saw the receipt with my order on it. In conclusion I won’t be back and don’t recommend going there...

Terrible food and service. Sat down and waited almost 10 minutes until finally someone talked to us at all. Food tasted like it was freezer burned before cooking. I couldn't even eat two bites of the cod. My wife had a Philly cheese sandwich and it had a sickly sweet taste to it. They didn't even have common soft drinks the day we were there.
