Food Service Experience - Disappointing and Unprofessional
As a nurse working in a locally, my demanding schedule leaves little time to run out for food, so I rely on delivery or takeout. Since Iâm new to the area, I asked for recommendations for a good local pizzeria rather than a chain, as I believe in supporting small businesses.
I found a place online, placed an order for a house specialty pizza, and chose to pick it up due to a slow internet connection at the time. A few minutes after placing the order, I called to confirm it went through. The staff member I spoke with confirmed they didnât see my order but assured me it was no problem; I explained Iâd pick it up instead since delivery was over an hour away.
I left work to pick up the pizza, and upon checking my bank account, I saw the payment had already been deducted. I thought this might be a simple mix-up. When I arrived at the restaurant, I spoke with the same girl and explained I had already paid. I showed her a screenshot of my bank statement and the app screen indicating the order was delivered.
However, the owner/manager was extremely rude. He refused to believe I had paid, claiming no payment was attached to the order. To make things worse, they had delivered a meat lovers pizza, which I did not orderâmy order was for a house specialty. So I thought it was for someone else , I showed him my bank screenshot again, emphasizing I had paid for the original order, which he insisted was impossible.
He finally told me, âJust take the pizza,â implying I was not telling the truth, I responded that I wanted to ensure we were on the same pageâthat I wasnât trying to steal something I didnât pay for. I refused to accept the pizza under those circumstances, especially after being treated so rudely in front of other customers. It was very embarrassing and disappointing to be treated with such disrespect over a simple mistake.
Overall, I found the customer service to be unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and improve their communication and treatment of customers...
   Read moreWe have been ordering âtakeoutâ for 7years now. We have dined in many times. Honestly in Fremont there is little competition. However the quality of âtakeoutâ and ease of online ordering is exceptional. The assortment of pizzaâs, subs, sandwiches are varied enough for the masses.
But it really took COVID19 for us to discover a true secret.
Dinners...
Specifically the prime rib specials absolutely done. I think i have ordered it 5 times now. Each time it has been coolness to perfection regardless of how I wanted it cooked.
Now onto the filet..... Both my wife and I were simply amazed at how amazing both filets were tonight on the first order... We have been to many âhigh end restaurantsâ who simply cannot get a medium rare or well done filet cooked properly. Fremont Pizzeria you outdid many âsteakhousesâ this week!! Quality of beef was hand down amazing!!!!
And think of this they DELIVERED IT!!!!!!!!!
Combined with a good assortments sides it made for an excellent dinner! Thank you all for your hard work!
2021 Update.
Weather is great for the start of April. The outdoor patio seating is so fun! Enjoy it while you can. And the specials this week are out of this world!!!!

My card information was used by one of the cooks to find me on Facebook and friend request me less than a minute after my order was placed. My friend and I showed up to pick up our food. As soon as we said my name every worked behind the counter was staring at us and some even came out from behind the counter and just stood next to us staring. It was so uncomfortable. The guy at the register in a sarcastic tone then says "bye" to us. We immediately messaged the owners when we got home and we're told it was a misunderstanding. And he thought FROM THE CARD INFORMATION!!!!!! that I was a girl who "went to his church"... from looking at my profile picture on Facebook he should have been able to see that even if the name is similar or whatever his excuse was. The owners totally did not care at all and just sided with their cook. Who totally creeped us out. Ladies if I were you I would not order there. They will take your card info and friend you on Facebook and then make you feel extremely uncomfortable when you go get your food. And the owners could care less. Loyal customer who will not be...
