I would give zero stars if I could, we went there 4/20/21 at 10:00 pm and the lady behind the counter was the most rude, unfriendly and unprofessional that I have ever had the disappointment to deal with. I went in and ordered an item that as I found out later was no longer on the menu ( Mexican Pizza ). Instead of calmly and politely telling me that they no longer served that item I was told NOPE! I said what do you mean NOPE? She holds her hand up and points to the menu board and says do you see it in the menu? I said no sorry I haven't been hear in awhile and I was able to get it last time. She never asked if I wanted to order anything else just stood there looking at me and after about 10 seconds of silence I just turned around and walked out as I was leaving I could hear her say sarcastically have a nice day. So I would never recommend this taco bell, do yourself a favor and go down to the next exit there is one there and the staff is very friendly...

I asked if I could do 2 separate orders(working at a shop I have to do it often and have never been told no or treated so poorly) and instantly got told after waiting almost 20 mins in line that I would have to come in because they can only do one order per vehicle which is a lie because 2 days prior I placed 3 separate orders at the same location without any issues whatsoever. Then I get my food and check to make sure everything was there and left. I get back to work and almost the whole order was completely messed up even tho the screen said the correct order. I tried calling multiple times and the phone either kept ringing or I got hung up on. If this wasn't the only taco Bell near my job I would definitely go...

There’s a younger, kind of timid guy who works the counter and he took our order, it got mixed up with someone else’s order, so they re-made the food when in reality our food was correct and made the whole time, the guy just got my husbands name wrong. The whole ordeal was about 20 minutes. He then got mad at my husband and basically blamed him by angrily saying “I thought you said your name was (whatever he mixed it up with)” and then threw the bag at him shaking his head. No apologies or anything whatsoever. We both work in the service industry as well so we know how customers can be and how to treat people, in this case I can’t sympathize with the guy because… how is the customer wrong about their...
