Seven Seeds Texas Barbecue — Restaurant in Fresno

I was in town for work and decided I needed some real Texas barbecue before heading back home. Walked from my hotel to Seven Seeds after seeing reviews and photos (it was a lengthy walk, half of which on roads without sidewalks so I don't recommend, but it was useful for burning off the delectable calories).

I ordered the loaded fries and sliced brisket sandwich. Both were phenomenal, but the brisket especially so. Some of the best I've ever had.

If it's not clear from the website or other images, this is a food truck. There is parking, but there isn't any seating. However, the folks working at Seven Seeds took care of me and got me a bucket and cooler out of the truck to use as a stool and table so that I could eat my meal before walking back to the hotel. Top notch service from friendly staff!

Very delicious BBQ! I can confirm brisket does melt in your mouth. It is perfectly flavored moist and not fat. Pulled pork was also very tasty but a bit too salty for my preference. Side dish chi cha was awesome. I really enjoyed everything!

Update. I came second time. Now I've got 3 meat plate: brisket, ribs, chicken with tater tots and chi cha. I think this is definitely the way to go with 3 meat plate vs 2. Plenty of food (portion size) for the reasonable price. Omg chiken was moist & flavorful. Probablythe best bbq chickeni ever had, ribs falling of the bone. Tater tots were nice and crispy. Definitely the best bbq on this side of Pearland, trust me I've tried them all.

They didn't have roasted corn on the cob when I stoped by. But as an addition to your menu I really would love to see street roasted corn mexican stile in a cup. Pretty please 🙏 I think many of your customers will like it.

I have been patronizing Seven Seeds for at least the last 2 years. They have second to none, top friendly service. They care about their customers. If there is an issue, they do their best to make it right. The brisket is AMAZING! In fact, ALL of their meats and sides are absolutely delicious. I took my brother and cousins, who lives out of state to enjoy some of Seven Seeds meats and they fell in love with it. Now I cannot go to visit my brother and cousins without them insisting that I bring them orders of brisket, ribs and or oxtails from Seven Seeds! Seven Seeds just catered the meats (brisket, chicken, turkey breasts) at my husband's birthday celebration. So many guests were raving about all of the meats especially the brisket. Seven Seeds did not disappoint! Seven Seeds you did it again!!...
