My husband and I ordered a medium pizza last Friday at 6:00 and we were told it would take 30 minutes (great). We arrived at 6:30 and called letting them know we were in the parking lot. We were told someone would be out shortly. At 6:50 we still hadn’t gotten our pizza. One of the workers had just delivered food to another customer and I asked if she could help us find out the status of our food. She said she would find out and be right back. At 7:05 (15 minutes later) no one had come out to the car so I went inside. The same person told me my pizza was just coming off the conveyor and she would bring it right out. Both my husband and I were fuming at this point. I went back inside to learn the pizza still wasn’t ready!!! I showed my obvious displeasure with the situation and a man behind the counter (manager?) showed no remorse or offer an apology. He asked for my address and said we’ll deliver it but his offer was not genuine nor did I trust that I would ever get it. How can one medium pizza take over an hour and 15 minutes to make??? When I placed the order you knew it was going to take more than 30 minutes (strike one). The person who said she would check on the status of the pizza and didn’t come out (strike two). Finally this same person said my pizza was just finishing and no pizza (strike three). You just should have been honest in the first place. I will never go to your restaurant again. TERRIBLE...

UPDATE: It's been 3 years since my original 2-star review below (where the owner responded and called me uneducated), so I'd like to provide an updated review based on my recent in-person dining experience, which unfortunately lowers my rating to 1 star.
For starters, prices are even higher now and the food is still very mediocre. I know food costs are rising everywhere, and I'm willing to pay for good food, but this place is not serving anything worthy of the prices they're charging. Overly breaded, too salty, and somehow still bland.
Secondly, service was quite lacking. I was served the wrong drink, we had to ask for both our soup and our appetizer, and our entrees took over an hour to arrive without any updates from the staff.
To top off this poor experience, the restaurant put "closed" signs on both of their restrooms without any warning or explanation. I literally had to go pee in the bushes in their parking lot in the rain - I can't make this up! I can forgive slow service and high prices, but this was the icing on the cake for me to never return here again. The owner's defensive reply to my original review only adds to my disappointment.

For the quality of the meal it was not worth the price. I do not recommend going here. Upon going in, a shattered glass tabletop was lying in the snow in part of the walkway. It seemed like a safety hazard since it is so icy out.
The spinach salad was drenched with so much dressing that it was more reflective than the plate. The spinage was wilted that bad. The vegetables were greasy; the sirloin was tender but tasted old. The truffle fries were wonderful except for the cheese they put on top. The pizzas were good, a bit greasy. The first plate I received for my pizza was black with stains.
One of my family members got a margarita that they said "tasted like lemon lime koolaid ". They also charged 2 dollars extra for ICE!!!! We got it fixed though.
We live less than two minutes away we were there for 2 hours. Next time we will just drive...
