Double D’s Brickhouse BBQ LLC — Restaurant in Frisco City

Took a ride to find a new place to go and after reading the reviews decided to try Double D’s (had nothing to do with the name). It’s about a block off the main road and was nice and tucked away. it is a very small place with a counter to place your order and just a few tables to sit so I wouldn’t recommend trying during busy times, I came as soon as they opened so I was good. The people working were super friendly and helped with suggestions. BBQ is my favorite venue so I was quickly pointed towards and tried the brisket. The brisket was fantastic and portions more than ample. For sides I opted for collard greens and baked beans. Neither disappointed! It also came with cornbread with was sooooo good and moist. This hidden gem is located at 50 Central Ave and is known for its delicious smoked meats and friendly service.I recently had the pleasure of dining at Double D's and was blown away by the food. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which was piled high with tender, flavorful meat. The sides were also excellent, and I especially enjoyed the baked beans and coleslaw.The service at Double D's is just as good as the food. I want to start with the service. It was 'southern hospitality' at it's finest. The cashier and the cook were both extremely friendly/polite. The food, especially the ribs, were top notch. When you think of southern BBQ, Double D's Brickhouse BBQ set the standard. The food prices were very reasonable. The interior dining was relaxing and clean. Parking was ample and free.
