Walked in at 11:15 am. 3 customers sitting in lobby drinking. I was seen by 3 people yet another person was told to assist me. NO Welcome to Starbuck or HELLO NOTHING! I commented "oh I'm sorry should I have gone through drive thru as I am feeling that would have been faster" the girls response "OH NO don't apologize for coming in" . I ordered my drink Venti Chai Tea Latte, x pump chai x hot and to make with half water & half milk NO FOAM. She advised they always use half water, I advised her that over the past 13+ years of getting this drink a LOT of locations don't add water unless you and and rather then getting ALL MILK I ask for water to be added. I feel she should have just agreed to have my drink made the way I ordered it then to educated me on how it is to be made. I also ask if they had pumpkin loaf (which they did) and when ask if I wanted it heated up I said NO it's for a coworker she can heat it up. WELL the pumpkin loaf was opened and went right into the oven and the Chai Tea was not made correctly along with X FOAM on top and not hot at all. I was on a small break from work and had wanted my hot Chai Tea Latte since 6:30 am this morning. When I opened my drink to see all the foam I used napkins to get it all out and took the heated pumpkin loaf with me as there was NO TIME to get my order correct as I said I was on a SHORT BREAK. She did offer me a free drink card which I refused as I will not be going back to that location even though it is the closest to my job as my time is valuable and I shouldn't have to give you a second chance to get things right when you repeated the order to me and confirmed what I requested. EVEN when the other person making my drink ask "IS THIS A HOT CHAI OR ICED" I had a feeling it was going down hill from there. Myself and my coworkers generally order daily from another location to be delivered. My mistake was trying to support a new location on a limited amount of time and thinking that having NO ONE IN LINE inside or drive thru would ensure my order was...
Read moreI wish I could give the store 3.5 stars instead of 3 or 4. At least 2-3 days a week, my very simple drink is made incorrectly either due to the incorrect pump, or the machine is not calibrated right. Today for example, I ordered 2 drinks (grande iced white mocha, no whip, no ice. One had an extra shot as well). They did not taste right at all. As a former Starbucks barista, I know when the drink is not correct, I can’t always pinpoint the reason, but I can always tell when something isn’t correct. After remaking my drinks 2 times, one of the drinks was correct. After spending almost $13 on two drinks, I got a recovery card for $4 that won’t even cover one drink. Not only was only 1 drink made correct, the barista in the window kept telling me how my drink was made exactly as it should, which I know it was not. I even asked the barista if they would try the drink that was remade and they refused. Such a shame, they normally are pretty good about making it right and doing whatever they could to fix the...
Read moreI stopped in to this Starbucks to purchase a drink and some gift cards for our local first responders. The manager who assisted me was so helpful and friendly. I had to step away to take a call, and when I returned, he surprised me with a Starbucks bag that had “Thank You” written on it and included huge chocolate chunk cookies along with my gift cards.
He told me he appreciated me appreciating our local firefighters and wanted to contribute something on behalf of his location. The firefighters at Prosper Station 2 truly enjoyed the thoughtful contribution.
I already enjoyed this location, but after this experience, I absolutely love it. Anyone who has a heart for serving and supporting those who serve us every day are my kind of people. Highly recommend and will be returning...
