Shooters Neighborhood Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Frontenac

When I arrived to get my to-go order, I stood at the counter for SEVERAL minutes without any of the staff asking me what I needed. They walked by me several times, and didn't even look at me. They even stood at the end of the bar talking, and showi g each other things on thier phone.... like I didn't exist. Finally a waitress asked me what I needed, I replied I have a pickup order and gave my name. The waitress said it was ready. Turns out the whole time I was standing there my food was setting on the counter already ready. By the time we got it home our buns were soggy, and so were the fries. 2nd time this has happened. Great food and atmosphere. Small town bar & grill in Frontenac which has a family atmosphere. Great staff and food. The wings are amazing. Boneless and traditional. I have food allergies so I ordered the traditional bone in wings which were amazing! They are not breaded. Wings are not an option below but you must try their wings. Boneless and bone in. My daughter loved the boneless. My daughter said the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap was delicious also. And the curly fries...can't live...

The food was good here, however the service was horrible. I went here with 2 of my friends, the waitress did not seem to care since we were not drinking. When we all paid our tabs the waitress charged us for the wrong amounts and did not offer to fix it but rather told us to pay each other back after we paid cash and told her to keep the change.
