Snowflake Donuts — Restaurant in Fulshear

Everything was OK until about a year ago (except when they fist opened I got a klobasnicky and the dough was still raw but I gave them a pass on that). We often visit the shop before school and on the way to church. One Sunday morning I ordered my regular Chapel Hill klobasnicky and it was spoiled. I haven't seen green meat in ages but this was. I took a bit and could taste it was bad. I looked down and my sausage was green. I stopped eating there for a while but still took the kids for there donuts. About 2 months ago I tried the klobasnicky again and it was not Chapel Hill sausage, it was very over processed sausage (Maybe Eckrich?). The next time I tried Country Boy because they have a pretty good sausage, but again it was not Country Boy, it was the over processed (I call it wienie sausage, lol). Alas I have not learned my lesson because this is the ONLY quick breakfast place in the area... today, I look closely at the klobasnicky and could tell in the display that by the casing, it looked like Chapel Hill so I tried it again... it was SO salty that the taste "burned" my tongue (another sign of sausage on it's way past the freshness date.) Small, family owned donut shop that has that same atmosphere inside. The shop is intimate, often with a line going through the lobby.

The kolaches are amazing - sausage is high quality, never dry, jalapeños are spicy and boudain is to die for.

Their donuts are great. Lots of glaze on them, soft and not burnt or crunchy on the bottoms like other donut shops.

The staff is also very nice. They repeat your order back to make sure they have everything. Prices are reasonable for the high...

Our go to!! We have been shopping around for a good donut place for a while. We passed by and tried them, and we’ve been coming here ever since, at least once a week for family donuts. We absolutely love these donuts. These are the only donuts that I’ve found that don’t upset my tummy or give me heart burn later on during the day.
